Luxury central heated 2 bedroom caravan sleeps 6, with secure wraparound decking situated in the waterside area of the park. Beautiful home from home with everything you need to make your stay perfect!

Comfortable lounge area with everything you need to relax, the caravan has WIF, fully equipped kitchen with all that you need for your catering needs including an air fryer and a Tassimo coffee machine. One double bedroom, small smart television, with toilet, twin bedroom, sofa bed in lounge area. Bathroom with shower.

Parking for two cars. Secure decking over looking the lake area, with patio furniture, a peaceful spot to unwind and relax. All breaks are inclusive of the entertainment passes for duration of stay.

Please enquire regarding dogs, as we do consider one small well behaved dog.

Keys can be collected from 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate no later than 10am on the day of departure.

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your dates. 

A £50 security bond is required, which will be refunded within 3 days of you leaving the caravan,subject to inspection, as long as you leave on time and everything is as you found it with no loss,damages and/or breakages.

The remaining balance is to be paid in full 6 weeks before the arrival date.

If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable.

If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received, then the total hire charge will be payable.

Payments to be paid via bank transfer.

A pre arrival email will be sent 7 days before arrival containing all the necessary details required; key and entertainment passes collection information, Wi-Fi code etc.

Pillows / Quilts /matress protectors/pillow protectors provided, please bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, bed sheets and towels you require for your stay.

The caravan is 6 berth and at no time must be exceeded.

The caravan will be available to the named occupants during the period shown on the confirmation email received from the caravan owner.

No groups allowed. Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING. 
One small well behaved dog is allowed, however this is at the owner's discretion, so please ask.

Pencnwc is a family owned holiday park that has been in the family for over 40 years. You are sure of a very warm welsh welcome and you can take time to relax in our heated indoor pool then relax even further in our licensed clubhouse featuring regular entertainment.

Pencnwc is situated just 2 miles inland from the pretty fishing village of New Quay with its harbour walls and safe beaches, rugged cliffs and secluded coves. 20 miles to the North is Aberystwyth and to the South is Cardigan.
