Our spacious 2 bedroom caravan is situated on Beach Estate in the lively coastal village of Hemsby.
The site is 300y from the beach, arcades & funfair but is set back from the main hustle and bustle allowing for some peace and quiet if that is what's needed. There is a small shower block on site and the Seadell club house a few yards away.
There are FREE fireworks and street acts on Hemsby beach every Tuesday evening and regular beach events throughout the summer holiday’s.
Hemsby is within easy reach of lots of family attractions throughout Norfolk.
Our caravan has been decorated in a modern style and to a high standard and features Sky TV, wifi and a well equipped kitchen with all utensils provided, a gas oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer.
The lounge/dining area is open and spacious with the sofa opening into a double bed and a dining table/seating area. A gas fire keeps the caravan nice and cosy with additional electric heaters in both bedrooms if needed. Various books, cards and board games are provided as well as plenty of ideas for days out.
Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable double bed and bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds. Pillows and duvets are provided.
The bathroom is light and airy with a standard shower cubicle.
We offer a large veranda decking area with garden furniture allowing you to enjoy snacks or drinks while enjoying the weather.
Bed linen and towel package available. Deposit and breakages bond required. No smoking. No pets.

Bookings are secured with a non-refundable deposit of £50 with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bank transfers or Paypal only.
A fully refundable breakages bond of £100 is required with the balance. This will be refunded in full within 7 working days upon a satisfactory post-checkout inspection.
Gas is included in your holiday price. Electricity metre cards can be purchased from the Seadell Club house.
3, 4 and 7 nights available.

Beach Estate is a small but friendly site close to the beach with easy access to shops, amusements, bars, convenience stores, gift shops, take away restaurants, nightclubs and much more...
The lively and thriving seaside village of Hemsby is a short distance away.
The site is ideally situated off the main road so there is little traffic noise, however there is more than enough to keep the whole family busy all day and into the night!
