The open plan lounge area is the full width of this lodge and has a wall mounted flat screen TV, and a fireplace featuring an electric fire. There are two sofas in the main lounge area and an armchair by the window seat for enjoying the view. With patio doors leading on to the veranda, and full height windows all round, bringing in an abundance of light.

The dining area has a freestanding table and six chairs and is opposite the kitchen area.

The large kitchen has everything you need for your cooking experience including a gas cooker, microwave, an undercounter fridge and 3 drawer freezer and pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for six guests. There are plenty of cupboards for your food so it doesn’t have to be stored on the worksurfaces. Also included to make your stay easier is a full-size dishwasher, washing machine, a coffee machine, tabletop drinks fridge and an air fryer.

A door leads to the hall with the main bedroom straight ahead; this is a luxurious room with a king-size bed, there is plenty of room around the bed so you will be able to fit a travel cot in there too. It has wardrobes and dressing table area with a wall mounted television and an en-suite shower with toilet and sink.

The second bedroom has two full-size single beds, but when pushed together makes a super-king bed, there are two double wardrobes with a television integrated in the dressing table area.

The third bedroom comprises of two single beds, with wardrobe storage, and has a television mounted on the wall.

Opposite the second bedroom is a bathroom with a bath, with over-bath shower and shower screen. There is a second toilet and shower accessed from the main bedroom.

This lodge has a wraparound veranda with a choice of chairs and tables. Private parking for two vehicles is next to the lodge. It is in a quieter area of Devon Cliffs with very little traffic passing by foot or car.

This accommodation will not allow you to bring a pet inside the accommodation or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the accommodation hire. You can add bed linen hire in the booking process for beds to be made up or bring your own.

There is Wi-Fi in this accommodation provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.

Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.

A charge of £150 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the accommodation has been checked and left as you found it.

Deductions will be made if the accommodation is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/vaping in the accommodation, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the holiday home.

It is prohibited for guests to charge their vehicles from the accommodation. There are electric charging points in the main car park on site, there are also charging points at Tescos in Exmouth.

Play Passes Are NOT Included
If you wish to use the swimming pools or entertainment venues at Devon Cliffs, you will need to purchase a Play Pass.

Play Passes can be purchased online through a link sent to you by Haven Owner Services after your booking has been registered, or from Devon Cliffs reception once you arrive.

You do not need a Play Pass to access the arcade, Sports Bar, South Beach Café or The Red Rocks. You can also pay for additional activities when you arrive without purchasing a Play Pass.

1. Beachside Caravans regret that we are unable to accept bookings from groups of persons of all one sex, or groups under 21 years of age. The person hiring the lodge must be over 21 years.
2. In order for us to clean and check the lodge, departures must be made by 10:00am on the day of departure.
3. Pets are NOT allowed to stay in this lodge.
4. We request that you DO NOT smoke or vape in any of our holiday homes.
5. Unforeseen Circumstances: Should the lodge become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a refund of all money received will be given. Alternative accommodation would be sought and if acceptable to the hirer this could be accepted as an alternative.
6. Balance of Payment: You agree to pay the balance due not less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date without reminder from us. If payment is not received we will remind you by email if there is no response the holiday will be treated as cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

8. Insurance: It is recommended that you purchase some form of Holiday Insurance from your local broker to cover your personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation/curtailment, personal and public liability etc. This type of cover is fairly standard and not too costly.
9. Children: Supervision of young children is strongly recommended during the use of Play Facilities and in the Swimming Pool area. Children under 8 years of age and those that cannot swim will not be permitted in the Swimming Pool unless supervised by an adult
10. Park Rules: Park Rules are displayed on Park. Please ensure that you and your party comply with these. Haven reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behavior of the persons named on the booking form or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests. Only the people listed on the booking form can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the park. If this legal requirement is not met your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave with no refund made.
11. Cancellation of your Holiday: If you have to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing. The date of cancellation is the day when we receive written notification. In the event of cancellation, a sliding scale of charges applies as laid out below. If you cancel more than 42 days (six weeks) before your start date, then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel within 42 days (six weeks) you will be liable for the following percentages of the total Holiday cost: Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date: 50%, Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date: 75%, Cancel 20 days to day of arrival no refund.
12. Transfer of Holiday: If you wish to change the holiday date or caravan once your initial deposit has been paid, whilst we will do everything we can to accommodate you, but it will be down to our discretion.
13. Bedding: We supply duvets and pillows in the hire cost. Guests can either hire the bed linen from us which should be requested at the time of booking, or guests can provide their own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. You will not be able to hire linen once you are on site.
14. Facilities: As we do not own the park we do not take responsibility for any alteration to the facilities listed. During off peak season entertainment is scaled down.
15. The Hirer: Must remain with the group for the entire stay of the holiday and is responsible for the rest of the group. Only the people listed on the booking form are allowed to stay in the caravan.
16. Lodge Contents: All contents of the lodge including mattresses, duvets, pillows, seat cushions, and kitchen utensils must remain in the holiday home at all times.

If you are found to be breaking any of these rules you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
