Double glazed and central heated throughout with gas fire means it can be used in all weathers. Shower room with large shower and separate toilet. 

Large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is great for socialising and entertaining and accommodates 6 people with ease. 

South facing full length gated side sundeck (36ft by 7ft) with panoramic views provides opportunities for outside dining and enjoying leisurely afternoon/evening drinks.

Set in a tranquil part of Waterside Leisure Park with a view of the ornamental pond and garden landscape this is ideal for relaxing and unwinding from hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Waterside Leisure Park has a unique location in Ingoldmells. The park has something to offer everyone. From the busy attractions, markets, shops, bingo and local bars of Ingoldmells to the more leisurely village life and all within a short pleasant walk.

The park has an entrance barrier and security camera's,  boosting park landscaped areas and features,  including a large fishing lake. Direct access with fob to a Blue Flag beach and traditional seaside attractions are between 5 and 10 minutes’ walk away, whilst having the advantage of a bus stop outside the park entrance.

Whilst the visitor attractions such as Ingoldmells’ Fantasy Island Theme Park and Europe’s largest 7 day indoor and outdoor market is within 10 minutes walk and vibrant Skegness is 10 minutes by car/bus.

As well as the Lincolnshire coastline with its quaint villages and countryside, the nearby popular destinations of Mablethorpe and Chapel St Leonards make a perfect day out or alternatively, simply stay in the comfort of your accommodation and relax away the days.

Covid-19 cleaned before each rental in accordance with the National Caravan Council.

If booking is affected due to the holiday park closure you are entitled to a full refund.

WHEN A BOOKING IS MADE

Once your booking form has been signed and returned or we receive your deposit, this will act of the point that a formal agreement has been made with you and the caravan owner.

Upon Return of your booking form a minimum £50 deposit is to be paid to reserve your caravan and date (please note this is a non-refundable deposit)

If you book less than 8 weeks ahead. You must pay the full amount of the holiday at the time of booking.

Cancellation Terms – all you need to know! We hope that you do not need to cancel, but if you do need to cancel your terms and conditions are detailed below. If the booking is affected by Covid-19 restrictions where the holiday park is closed, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you cancel for any reason For bookings cancelled up to 8 weeks before your holiday start date then we will refund all your money less the £50 non-refundable deposit.

For bookings cancelled between 4 and 8 weeks before your holiday start date then we will refund 50% minus the £50 non-refundable deposit.

For bookings cancelled within 4 weeks of your holiday start date then you will forfeit your full holiday cost. (The surcharge £75 taken to cover damages will be returned in full, regardless of the cancellation timings)

How to cancel

If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us by postal letter, email, or telephone.

The date of cancellation is the date we receive your letter, email, or log your phone call. To ensure delivery we recommend all mailed cancellation letters are sent by recorded delivery to the address below. We can only accept cancellation from the lead booking name unless your documentary evidence shows they are unable to cancel the booking.

Waterside Leisure Park has a unique location on the outskirts of Ingoldmells. The park has something to offer everyone, from the busy attractions, markets, shops and local bars of Ingoldmells to the more leisurely village life of Chapel St Leonards: all are within a short pleasant walk.

The park covers an area in excess of 100 acres and has well landscaped areas and features, including a large fishing lake and beautiful ornamental pond. The entrance of the park has a well stocked supermarket, car parking area and park office.

Fishing Lake

Waterside features one of the best coarse fishing lakes in the area. Set in a beautiful location and refurbished at the end of the 2009 season, the lake covers an area of approximately two acres.

The lake has a large range of coarse fish including Bream, Dace, Carp and Tench. It is open daily from dawn to dusk throughout the season and tickets are available on a seasonal, weekly and daily basis, with concessions for children.

During the season the lake hosts regular angling competitions each Saturday.

Beach Access

Waterside Leisure Park has direct access to the lovely unspoilt beach at Ingoldmells. Featuring miles of unbroken sand and a gentle gradient to the sea the beach is one of the most picturesque and safe in the country.
