A one bedroom cottage with all luxury facilities. Accommodation in brief: Kitchen, separate dining room, entrance hall, shower room and bedroom with king size bed, large lounge area with electric log effect fire and smart TV, bluetooth speaker.

Kitchen: with single built in over and microwave over.  5 Burner gas hob, stainless steel chimney hood, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, stainless steel sink.
There is a small intimate dining table and chairs in the kitchen for that cup of coffee or tea before the day gets going.  
Dining room: Here you can sit in comfort at the dining table and chairs.  
Shower room:  Large shower cubicle with electric pumped shower great for relaxing after your days activities. There is also a large vanity unit.
Lounge:  Here you will find two comfortable two seater settees, coffee table, and plenty of mood lighting.  There is a smart 42" smart tv with Netflix, You tube.  A selection of music CDs are also available.  There is a Bluetooth speaker should you wish to listen to your own music from your smart phone.
Bedroom:  Kingsize bed, wardrobes, drawer units and bedside units.  Hairdryer and water carafes.
All linen in included, we provide bath and hand towels but we ask you to bring your own beach towels. Kitchen towels are provided.
One well-behaved dog is allowed but we ask that you do not allow it to sit on furniture or the bed.  If possible we ask that the pet is only allowed on the tiled surface.
Outside:  There are two outside areas - one to the front and one to the rear. Both have patio furniture and the rear has a gas barbecue.  Both areas are fenced.
Outside shed:  Here you can store bicycles, fishing equipment etc, securely.
Parking:  There is ample private parking.

3 Days Minimum Low Season  £125 per night.  High Season  £150 per night

The location

Rhosgoch is on the North East side of Anglesey, just 10 minutes from Cemaes Bay with its beach and harbour. Here there are plenty of places to eat and drink and there are great coastal walks around this area.

Amlwch is approx 10 minutes by car and here you will find local shops,supermarket, butchers, newsagents, hairdressers, takeaways and restaurants. Here you will also find if needed the local Health Centre.

Within walking distance of the Cottage is the local Tavern, The Ring, Rhosgoch, a dog friendly pub offering good ale and excellent food.

£50. 00 deposit to confirm booking, this deposit is then held until after departure as security against damage and breakages.  This will then be refunded direct to your bank after inspection.

Full payment to be made 3 weeks before arrival.

All bed linen, towels, tea towels are provided, but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels.

A welcome pack is included with Milk, Bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee and sugar.

Here there are plenty of places to eat and drink and there are great coastal walks around this area, Amlwch is approx 10 minutes by car and here you will find local shops, supermarket, butchers, newsagents, hairdressers and take away or eat in food. Here you will also find if needed the local Health Centre. Within walking distance of the caravan is the local Tavern, The Ring Rhosgoch, offering good ale and excellent food. For a very special meal or excellent Sunday Luch there is The Gwesty Gadlys Hotel in Cemaes
