The caravan sleeps six comfortably, 1 double bed, 2 twin bedrooms.  Heating is provided by a gas fire in the lounge and central heating with radiators in the lounge, kitchen,  hall, bathroom, w.c., bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.  The caravan is fully double glazed.

Lounge

In the lounge there is a 32” TV with freeview and a dvd player. Books, dvd's including childrens dvds and games for the rainy days which we hope are not too often.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom is a double room, with beside units, over bed cupboards, double wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and tray.  The second bedroom is a twin room with wardrobe, overbed cupboards, bedside and dressing unit with mirror, the third room is a twin room with single wardrobe and overbed cupboards.   All bedding is included.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with all cutlery, crockery, utensils etc. and there is a micro wave, toaster, kettle, fridge with ice box and gas cooker. Kitchen towels and tea towels are provided and a welcome pack is included.

Dining area, with seating for 4-6 persons.

Outside

There is a large decking with patio furniture and gas barbecue.  Car parking space and a small garden area.  There is private parking for one vehicle, second vehicle can be requested.

Sorry no pets.

Lets are on a weekly basis, Friday to Friday, but shoud you want  a short break, we can do 3 or 4 night breaks, please contact us for the rate per night.

We require a £50. 00 security deposit, this will secure your booking and also will be insurance against any breakages.  The deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection.

Payment of rate is due 3 weeks before arrival date.

Garnedd Isaf is a 3 acre private small holding, off the beaten track in Rhosgoch, Anglesey. Rhosgoch is on the North East side of Anglesey just 10 minutes from Cemaes Bay, with its beach and harbour. Here there are plenty of places to eat and drink and there are great coastal walks around this area, Amlwch is approx 10 minutes by car and here you will find local shops, supermarket, butchers, newsagents, hairdressers and take away or eat in food. Here you will also find if needed the local Health Centre. Within walking distance of the caravan is the local Tavern, The Ring Rhosgoch, offering good ale and excellent food. For a very special meal or excellent Sunday Luch there is The Gwesty Gadlys Hotel in Cemaes
