Our privately owned Arron Brook Clipper is for hire on Lowfield Farm caravan park, No club or shop on site just a olde worlde camp site, which is 10-15 mins walk from Filey or 10 mins by car. The caravan is cleaned and kept to a high standard, sat on parkB pitch R2.It is well sited on a cut grassed area with free parking infront or a parking area just a row away. The Caravan is a comfy 4/5 berth which has a double bedroom and a twin room which allows the single beds to be pushed together forming another double. It also has a pull out double in the lounge area if required.

Pillows and duvets are provided but you will require your own bed linen, duvet covers and towels. The lounge/dining area has ample seating with a gas fire, ccolour freeview tv/dvd player with some general dvds for a rainy day.

The kitchen is well equiped with all necessary utensils, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has wc, basin and shower cubicle. All gas and electric is included in the tariff.

On booking we require a £50 non refundable booking fee which secures your dates. Also a deposit of £100 paid on top of your final balance which will be refunded 10 Days after your departure after cleaning inpection to check for damages, we expect it to be left as it was on your arrival which makes the cleaners job easier.Balance to be paid in full one month before your holiday date.
