Only 3 miles from the charming seaside port of Padstow. There is so much to see and do in the local area from cycling the beautiful Camel Trail to visiting Cornwall's best-known places like the Eden Project. Padstow (3miles), Newquay (13miles)

The van is situated south-facing.  It's a no-frills, comfy home from home. Inside a Large smart TV and WIFI, just put in your own NETFLIX details, and away you go! selection of DVDs, books, and games. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, toaster, fridge, freestanding cooker, and kettle and air fryer. DVD Player, DAB radio, Iron, Ironing Board, Crockery, Kitchen Utensils, and Hoover.

It has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and a bathroom with a walk-in full-height shower. We supply duvets and pillows all mattresses have mattress protectors. We don't provide the duvet, or pillow covers. Bedding & Towel bundle can be provided extra at £10pp, or you can bring your own.
The main bedroom has a double bed with cupboard space above and a wardrobe at the foot of the bed alongside a dressing table. The second bedroom has two single beds which is the same layout as the third twin bedroom. Both twin rooms have storage space comprising over-bed cupboards and a single wardrobe in each room.

The van is set away from the clubhouse and restaurant and in a nice quiet location. There is a composite raised deck, with rattan furniture which sits 4 comfortably. There is space to park two vehicles. Outside tap for easy rinsing after a long day at the beach.
It is ideal for couples and families looking for a home from home for their holiday, a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall, a golfing holiday, walking the coast path (much of which is owned by the National Trust), surfing the Atlantic breakers, or maybe just sampling the gourmet delights of Padstow (only four miles away).

Bookings require a 25% deposit to secure and final payment 8 weeks before the holiday start date.

A refundable damages deposit of £100 is included in the bill and deposited back after cleaner inspection.

Cancellation terms, For all bookings canceled with over 8 weeks' notice a full refund is given.

Bookings canceled within 8 weeks, the deposit will be held.

Small dogs are welcome depending on breed, please ask.
