2 Bedrooms master with ensuite toilet /sink.There is also TV/DVD player and hairdryer in master bedroom .
Twin single room one bed can be lifted to accommodate cot bed.
Bathroom with walk in shower, integrated seat.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook .There is also a gas cooker with grill an 4 hobs .Full size fridge freezer and microwave.
Spacious lounge and dining area with seating for 4 people the lounge has a gas fire and 32inch TV/DVD player .
There is a wooden veranda with gate and seating available. There is parking to the side of our caravan.
Well behaved dogs welcome with an additional deposit of £75.
Please note we only book a weeks holiday at a time .we dont take bookings for weekends or short breaks .

Check in is 2pm in the day of your arrival.
Check out is by 10 am on your departure date.
The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before your start date. Late bookings of less than 6 weeks require full payment at time of booking.
Full refund if your holiday is cancelled due to covid (lockdown) please note if you cancel your holiday your deposit wont be refunded.
Please report any breakages you have caused. Cleaning materials and a vacuum is provided for you to use. Please try not to have too many electrical appliances running at one time as it may trip out the electric and this could cause an additional fee for a call out to the electrician. We provide pillows and duvets only. Please bring pillow cases, quilt covers, sheets, towels and tea towels.
The Promenade Caravan Park is located in the popular resort of Ingoldmells and benefits from direct beach access. The popular Fantasy Island Theme Park is located nearby, which is a great day out for all the family.
There is a local bus service which can take you to the nearby seaside resorts of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards as well as Butlins.
