Our Delta Empress Caravan is situated in the walnut area of trecco bay.The caravan is located 5 minutes from the main entertainment and is a short walk to coney beach and the fun fair and all the additional attractions that porthcawl has to offer.
The plot walnut 24 has off road parking for one car but there is a main park locateed 5 minutes away for commercial vehicles.The caravan is well equiped with Double glazing,42" tv with freeview and dvd player,central heating,electric fire in living area.The caravan has 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single bedrooms.There is shower room with shower,wc and wash basin.
The kitchen is fully equiped with a full size cooker,microwave,kettle,toaster,fridge/freezer and crockery for 8 people.There is an ironing board iron and hairdryer in the caravan.
Gas and electric is included free of charge.
Entertainment passes are not included these can be purchased from owners elite.
Bedding is available at a cost of £20 per booking
A deposit of £75 is required to confirm your booking then balance is due 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer or cheque.Any money paid is non refundable upon cancellation.
