A 25% Non refundable Deposit is required on confirmation of Booking

Full Payment for Holiday to be payed up in full 1 month before your arrival.

Payments can be made by instalments, balance to be cleared 1 month before holiday date.

Dogs charged at £15.00 per stay 

A £50.00 damage deposit is due prior to arrival and returned once all checked and confirmed ok.

Bed linen is supplied, but please bring your own towels 

£20 to replace keys if not returned to the key safe on departure.

No felt tip pens, play doh or glue allowed inside the caravan.

No Cats allowed, if found you will be asked to vacate the caravan immediately. 

NO SMOKING or E-CIGARETTES in the caravan, please do not throw discarded cigarette ends on the ground.

All appliances and heating to be turned OFF before vacating premises. Please also be considerate with use while occupying lodge too. 

We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances or weather as they are out of our control. 

if more people are seen at the caravan you will be asked to vacate the premises.

Due to COVID 19 some parts of the park might not be open, please check with the park as you are only booking the accommadation through myself.

Please arrange travel insurance to cover costs if you are unable to come
