This 3 bedroom static caravan is managed by me and my partner, Jamaica. Arranged to provide a cozy and warm ambiance that hugs you instantly when you walk in. It has been put together by our family to make you feel at home away from home!

The caravan consists of a spacious lounge witha digital flat screen TV, a large selection of DVDs and Blu-rays suitable for adult and young individuals. Board and card games are also available to use during your stay (Make sure to put all the pieces/items back). Fully furnished kitchen and utensils availble to use. Our caravan features a 1 master bedroom, with 2 additional bedroom room with 2 single beds in each. 1 shower and 2 toilets are available as well. Parking bay included and a outdoor picnic table. Duvets, pillows and linens are provided, though guest need to bring their own towels.

Few house rules, (Remember, safety is sexy.)

Unregistered Guests: Stating that only approved guests can be on the property.
No Pets: Specifying if pets are not allowed or if certain types are permitted, which protects against damage and allergies.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Respecting the designated times to streamline host operations.
No Parties or Events: To prevent noise and disruption to neighbours.
No smoking inside the caravan: Prohibiting smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes to protect the property.
No BBQ/Fireworks near caravan: You can have a nice BBQ right beside the lagoon.
Heating: Portable heaters are provided to keep you warm and toasty during the night. Duvets are provided as well. Turn off any heating once it's warm enough. Usually takes 15-20 minutes before the rooms are warm enough. Cleaning: Requiring guests to do dishes, take out trash, and generally leave the space tidy. If the caravan's bin are full, large bins are situated right before you enter the road. Make sure to keep the caravan clean as you saw it. Property Care: Asking guests to treat the home with care, not move furniture, use it diligently, and report any damages promptly. Lastly and most importantly, Have fun, take some pictures and make memories!

Site/Area Details: The caravan is located just 2 minute walk from the 502 bus stop, which offers a quick and easy journey to Weymouth Seafront and City Centre. Places to go to are Weymouth Beach, Nothe Fort, Sandworld, Weymouth Harbour, Sandsfoot Castle, Greenhill Gardens, and SEA LIFE Weymouth. Guests can also explore the natural beauty of Chesil Beach, RSPB Radipole Lake, Bowleaze Cove, the Isle of Portland, Durdle Door, Portland Castle, and Lyme Regis, among many other must-visit destinations.

We require £100 non refundable deposit to reserve your bookings, the full amount is due before your holiday. We also require a refundable security bond of £35 to cover any damage, loss, and /or breakages; this will be on top of the deposit. It will be returned to you 1-2days after departure date, subject to loss, breakages, or the need for excessive cleaning.
