The caravan is a Gold grade caravan positioned to overlook the horse racing and golf courses. It benefits from having sliding patio doors leading onto an enclosed wraparound decking with table & chairs to sit and enjoy the sun or chill out with a cosy drink or two and to make memories. Double glazing and central heating will ensure you are cosy and warm when the weather lets you down.

There is a Tarmaced parking space.

The caravan sleeps 6 with a double bedroom that has a wall mounted 22” TV & an en-suite toilet, 2 spacious twin rooms. There is plenty of storage and wardrobe space in each room.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, wash basin and toilet.

As you would expect the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A full sized gas cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with cold water & ice making facility built in, built in dishwasher & washer/drier, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. There is also an iron and ironing board plus hair drier for your use. There is also a good size dining table to seat 6 people. Highchair, travel cot (but bring own mattress & bedding) & bed guards can be provided.

In the living area there is a large free standing sofa, two armchairs, electric fire, 41" HD wall mounted TV, DVD player and separate speaker to play music. For a small extra cost Wi-Fi can be provided.

Please bring your own bed linen, unless you want it to be provided at a small extra cost, towels, tea towels & washing powder or dishwasher tablets if you want to use the washers.

Haven passes are NOT included but can be purchased from Haven reception.

Sorry pets are NOT allowed & NO smoking or vaping, nor the charging of electric cars from out of the caravan as per Haven’s policy as the electric supply is not strong enough to allow this.

The beach, on site Coast restaurant, Cakery and Pizza oven plus indoor swimming pool/splash zone + play areas are only a short 5 min walk away & the entertainment complex has been recently transformed along with the amusements and is sited in The Pavilion within a 10 min walk away.

We ask please that you respect & love our caravan as much as we do & most importantly, we hope you have a wonderful holiday. The holiday park is on the sea front in Great Yarmouth and is ideal for young families or couples with plenty to keep you busy including,

• Daily/nightly entertainment in the Live Lounge & kids club

• Amusements including Papa John’s Pizza & Burger King both eat in or take away

• Heated indoor swimming pool with flumes, slide plus splash zone and kiddies pool.

• crazy golf, climbing wall, zip line & sports court, pedal carts, archery, leap of faith jump and climbing wall but Haven charge for some of these plus bike and Go cart hire.

• There is an onsite Mini market for all your daily needs and a launderette close by.

There is even a little land train or bus which will take you from the resort to the pier. A walk along the sea front will take you to Joyland, the Sea Life Centre, the Pleasure Beach Fun Fair, the other pier as well as the many other attractions, restaurants, arcades, cinema and even a pedestrianised road into Great Yarmouth.

£100 deposit secures your dates with full payment required 8 weeks before your stay unless short notice booking, Terms and Conditions plus booking form will be sent to you to fill in and once returned it will mean you accept the conditions of booking our caravan. Payments can be made by bank transfer. All bookings are plus a £100 damages/loss bond which is refunded after your stay, if the caravan is left how found when checked, this is normally within 7 days of departure. We also offer payment plans to spread the cost.

The caravan will be available from 2.00pm and departure will need to be no later than 10.00am so this can be cleaned before the next holidaymakers are due in. For shorter night stays or different start and finish dates please inquire with the owner. When you book with us a few of the essentials will be waiting for you, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and toilet rolls. A key safe is provided for key hand over at start of holiday.  Being based on a HAVEN park means that their site rules must be followed. We are therefore unable to accept bookings from young couples/singles, where the average age is under 25, as well as all male/female groups.

Seashore Holiday Park commands a long stretch of unspoilt sandy beach, right next to the budding resort of Great Yarmouth and its many main attractions.
