Welcome to our beautiful and well cared for family friendly 6 berth, 3 bedroomed caravan situated on Havens Marton Mere Caravan park in Blackpool. A real home from home to enjoy a much needed break!

The caravan is let out for

4 nights Monday to Friday,

3 nights Friday to Monday, 

And 7 nights. 

Please feel free to enquire about longer stays.

We have our master bedroom with a double bed and TV and two twin bedrooms with twin beds. All beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

Towels are not provided.

The kitchen has all the mod cons that you would expect to find. Microwave, kettle, toaster. All the pots, pans and utensils that you need for an enjoyable stay.

My caravan is furnished to a high standard with beautiful decking and also includes:-

Central heating

Double glazing

Tv/dvd in lounge

Two bathrooms, one with shower

Cooker

Fridge freezer

Washing machine 

Iron and ironing board

Outdoor table and chairs

Outside verandah

Car parking for 2 cars

We also have a selection of games and dvds for those rainy days

Blackpool is approximately 2 miles away where you can find many attractions such as:-

Blackpool promenade

Blackpool pleasure beach

Sea life

Blackpool zoo

Madame tussauds

Sea life

Blackpool tower

Sandcastle water park

Then of course lots and lots of amusements.

All bookings are for accommodation only, park entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased directly from the haven reception or online. 

Guests can now be registered by myself 12 weeks before arrival if full holiday payment has been received. 

This will entitle you to book your entertainment passes if required and book activities prior to arrival. Swimming however can only be booked 4 weeks before. 

If this doesn't appeal to you the balance can be paid 4 weeks before as usual and registration can be made at this time when the holiday payment is due. 

Check-in is at 4pm and the caravan must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Our caravan is pet and smoke free so makes an ideal getaway for those with children or people with allergies.

Terms and conditions

We require a £100 deposit to secure the date. Once the booking has been made the deposit is non refundable. Then the deposit is taken away from the cost of the holiday. 

For example:-

The holiday cost is £500

Then the £100 deposit paid would be taken away from the balance which would then make it £400 still to pay. 

A further £100 security bond is also required. This will be returned once the caravan has been checked over for damages and keys safely returned ect.

Then the overall balance should be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. 

Please note if there is any damage at all to the caravan, anything missing after checks have been made or the keys have not been returned the security bond will not be returned.

No dogs.
No smoking/vaping.
No extra occupancy that has not been agreed.
No charging of electric cars.
No groups.

If any of these terms and conditions have been breached the security bond will not be refunded.

Marton Mere is part of a large nature reserve surrounding one of Lancashire's only two natural lakes...

As you’d expect, Haven love helping families to get outside and discover all the local wildlife, so they recommend a trip with their Wildlife Detectives to really get the most out of this scenic location. And whilst they're getting you active, perhaps they can interest you in some archery, a round of adventure golf or a ride down our Space Bowl flume. Oh and did they mention that you can see Blackpool Tower from the park and you’re just 3 miles from the Promenade at the Pleasure Beach.
