Please note park passes are not included and need to be purchased from the reception.

7th - 22nd of April for a 3 bedroom caravan is £71 per week. 3 - 4 nights stay £48  

26th May - 1st Sept £71 per week. 3-4 night stay £48. All other dates £54 per week. 3- 4 night stay £36

Please note that park facilities are closed between 30th Oct until end of March 

Note their is a fast food snack bar across the road with Arcades. Their is a bus stop just outside the Holiday park!

Check in is 2pm    and    checkout is 11am

We will send you the key safe code on the morning of your arrival date

We will require when booking your holiday date's.   Name, Address, How many staying, Non refundable Deposit to secure your dates. Deposit for damages or extra cleaning needed of £50 which will be refunded after checks and the caravan is how you found it!!

Non refundable deposit/bond requried  £50 which will secure your dates today. This will be deducted of your remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before your stay. We except payment via a bank transfer.

We do require a £50 damage deposit which will be returned to you after the checks are done and everything is how you found it. Any extra cleaning needed will be deducted from your deposit!! Please respect our caravan.

Just a short drive away from Great Yarmouth, with its pier, amusements and all the fun of the fair. Discover the picturesque waterside villages of the Norfolk Broads, or soak up the sunshine on the nearby sandy beaches.

Enjoy a swim in the indoor pool, whilst the kids shoot down the flume in the outdoor pool. Sparky’s Krew activities promise hours of fun for the kids. In the evening, enjoy a delicious meal in the Waterside Restaurant then go onto the Clifftop Showbar for fantastic family entertainment.
