Downs Field Cabin is a newly renovated caravan, with none of your usual caravan furniture.The lounge is newly renovated as is the rest of the caravan , the lounge has a  sofa ,armchair, tv and great views out across the fields , with cows just beyond.
The kitchen has a dining table for 5 , new gas cooker, microwave and fridge freezer , plus all the usual cooking essentials .

The bathroom has been completely renewed, with shower , sink and toilet.

Bedrooms double room with a new bed , bunk bed room and a single room suitable for children up to 7 .

Outside there is a large grassed area to the side with a fire pit / barbecue and garden furniture, plus a drive to park on .All bed linen is supplied , plus towels , though please bring your own beach towels.

A Cornish dairy farm, walking distance to a pub, bus stop and the Cornish coastal path with beaches of Praa Sands and Perranuthnoe within a couple of miles. Situated between the towns of Penzance and Helston where you will find a good selection of supermarkets, further beyond that you will find the city of Truro with its cathedral and a excellent of shops. The coastal towns of St Ives and Falmouth are also close.
