Large, spacious and homely caravan sited on Unity Farm, Brean, Somerset. 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan. 1 double and 2 twin rooms or twins can be converted to doubles and 1 double pull out bed in lounge. Main double bedroom has a smart tv. All duvets supplied and 2 pillows per person. Bring own duvet covers, sheets & pillow cases or bedding can be hired. Mattress protectors also provided. 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, toilet, sink and 1 with toilet and handbasin). Wifi, Smart TV, fridge, freezer, microwave, slow cooker, airfryer, vacuum, travel cot, high chair, iron, ironing board provided.
Passes NOT included. Passes if needed can be ordered through myself or buy at reception when your there. Passes include entrance to RJs entertainment venue, half price tickets at Brean Splash and Brean Soft Play

£50 non refundable deposit to secure your dates. Full payment due 6 weeks before holiday commences. £100 care bond (due with balance) is refunded within 4 days after caravan has been inspected. Can you take all rubbish to the bins outside and make sure air fryer is cleaned out thank you.
