New to the rental market our living space includes electric fan fire  43 inch flat screen tv  with free view and WiFi The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer,microwave,oven,grill & hob kettle,toaster,pots& pans,cutlery etc,There is also a iron ironing board,& hoover available The master bedroom as en suite is spacious has a king size bed,with drawer storage, NO  DUVET COVER,PILLOW CASES, TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED,Double wardrobe,single wardrobe with drawers and shelves,Also contains wall mounted TV,The twin bedroom contains 2 3ft single beds,single cupboard,and wardrobe A fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector,& smoke alarm are all fitted for your safety,Bathroom with power shower toilet and sink ,At the caravan entrance there is very small balcony which leads to parking area

Towyn market Carbost and tir prince fair all walking distance as well as asda pharmacy doctors shop ,gift shops, cues  sports bar with bingo entertainment nxt door to camp,beach walking distance

RULES

NO smoking or vaping in the caravan under NO circumstances,if using the cooker please line the grill/ oven with foil ( provided)

It would be appreciated  if you would leave the caravan as you found it ( clean and tidy)Rental booking,There is a security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable as long as no damage,Also deposit of £75 is required when booking via direct bank transfer (details on request) or cheque,Full balance to be paid 1 month before arrival date
