A brand new two bedroom woodland lodge set in a private enclosed garden on Steadings Caravan touring park in rural Suffolk .

This lodge sleeps four in a double & twin bedroom (bed linen & towels are provided). A well equipped kitchen leads to an open plan lounge / diner with a TV . A small balcony leads out from the lounge via patio doors. A bathroom provides you with a toilet / shower and washbasin.

Steadings park is a quiet relaxing site and has a well equipped carp lake - fishing is free for our lodge guests. There is a play area for younger guests on the touring site that you are welcome to use.

We back onto Newbourne springs nature reserve and there is a footpath that takes you direct to the lovely 'Fox Inn' which serves excellent food & drink.

The river Deben is just over a mile away. The popular market town of Woodbridge and the beach at Felixstowe are just ten minutes drive.

There is plenty to see & do in the area such as Sutton Hoo , Jimmys Farm , Flatford , Aldeburgh , Southwold , Minsmere, Framlingham.

We are a peaceful site - no clubhouse or arcades here ! No light pollution so sit back , enjoy the sounds of the wildlife,  relax and watch the stars at night.

We also have a 2nd lodge - 'Maple' if friends or family want to join you for your break.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking with the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival.

150 damages deposit is payable and refunded on departure if no damages / breakages.

We accept couples / families only - sorry no groups / hen parties etc

Two well behaved dogs accepted on request.

Steadings Park is a quiet rural Sufffolk park situated near Woodbridge in the heart of rural Suffolk. In a tranquil setting within ten minutes of Woodbridge the park spans 20 acres backing onto Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve.

With a great local pub the Newbourne Fox only a ten minute walk and the river Deben with its peacefull yacht harbour only a stones throw away. A quiet rural retreat with a 5* luxury amenity block, separate family wetrooms with baby changing and small on site shop / off licence (open until Sept). Providing the perfect base for walkers, cyclists and holidays makers alike to explore glorious Suffolk and the Heritage coast.  We also have an on site fishing lake stocked with carp.
