Kitchen-A well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, integrated full size fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, pots and pans, along with a good selection of crockery, utensils and glasses, in fact everything you need.

Lounge-Spacious comfortable lounge area compromises, dining table and chairs adjacent to the kitchen, 3 piece suite and foot stool, the 2 seater settee folds down into a double bed, electric fire with blow heating, 2 occasional tables, coffee table, table and table lamp, television unit supporting a large Freeview Combi TV, a selection of DVD's plus a Freesat box allowing you more TV stations. There is a large wall cabinet adjacent to the lounge which has a selection of books and in the bottom cupboard has a selection of board games.

Bedroom 1-Main double bedroom to sleep two persons, with double bed, en-suite, mirrored dressing table, bedside cabinets, mirrored wardrobes with hanging space and shelving plus over bed storage units, there is a hair dryer in dressing table drawer, plus Freeview Combi TV. In the end wardrobe you will find a vacuum, iron and ironing board should you need them plus cushions for rattan suite on decking.

Bedroom 2-Twin beds, small bedside table, storage cupboards above beds, double mirrored wardrobe with 2 draws plus Freeview Combi TV.

Bathroom-Compromising corner bath with overhead shower, hand basin and wc. basin mirror and mirrored cabinet.

The caravan is double glazed and has central heating throughout.

This caravan comes with an adjoining private car parking space for one car.

Please note: You will only need to bring with you, your own towels. The duvets, pillows, bed linen, tea towels and bath mats are supplied, also a Welcome Box full of surprises! will greet you on your arrival as a thank you for choosing our caravan to spend your holiday in. We also supply kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, hand soap and complimentary toiletries.

Should you require site passes so that your family can take advantage of all on site facilities, they can be obtained from the main reception at a charge. Should you require Wifi, you will have free access to 3 Wifi for at least 6 devices i.e phone, laptop, tablet etc.  all details  i.e. passwords will be sent to you in your confirmation letter which I will send by post prior to the start date of your holiday.

A £75 security deposit is required to secure your booking but will be returned after the caravan has been checked following the hire period and found to be in good order. The security deposit is non refundable if cancellation or damage. We only let Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Friday, please refer to (i) attached to dates for more information.

Full payment for your holiday is required 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date. (the security deposit is separate from holiday cost). 

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
