Welcome to our Tranquil Holiday Home “Beatrice Rose” situated on Pebble Bank Holiday Park, overlooking the "Fleet Lagoon", "Chesil Beach" on the "Famous Jurassic Coastline" & "The Isle of Portland".

With breath-taking views this is the perfect place to relax and unwind, onsite there is a friendly Bar & Restaurant with stunning views from the comfort of your chair, either inside the bar/restaurant or outside on the decking overlooking the Beach, so you can soak in the far reaching views whilst enjoying your favorite drink or meal. (Breakfast also served here).

Beatrice Rose is well equipped with 2 Bedrooms, one Double room, and one Twin room, Bathroom with Shower Cubicle, Kitchen, Dining Table, Lounge with Gas Fire, also Central Heating throughout, with stunning views from inside & outside the Caravan, certain to put a smile on your face.

Appliances included; TV with built-in DVD player, Digital Radio, Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave Oven, Gas Cooker & Hob, Toaster, Kettle, & Hairdryer.

 All Electric and Gas are included, Bed Linen/Sheets and Towels are not provided, but can be arranged at an additional charge of £35, (pillows and quilts are supplied for bedrooms only), There is a Laundry room onsite which offers Washing Machines /Tumble Dryer/ Iron & Ironing Board for anyone who needs to use them.

No passes are required for the park.

 There are miles of Coastal Footpath walks within easy reach from the caravan, which makes this a perfect place for Walkers, Cyclists, Photographers, Birdwatchers, Artists, & Writers.

Weymouth (approx 1.5 miles)
With its 3 miles of golden sandy beach and its Blue Flag Award, Weymouth is recognized consistently as one of the top 10 beach destinations in Europe; with its safe shallow waters and a bucket full of things to do for any taste bud, it's not difficult to see why.

The Isle of Portland (approx. 1.5 miles) 
Portland hosted the 2012 Sailing Olympics and with its spectacular scenery and harbor, it is an explorer’s paradise; from rock climbing, abseiling, caving, diving, kayaking, sailing, kite surfing, walking, cycling, fossil and dinosaur footprint hunting, or just soaking up the scenery and relaxing with a picnic by the Portland Bill Lighthouse, there's something for everyone.

Jurassic Coastline
One of the biggest draws for visiting is the breathtaking coastline and scenery along the famous Jurassic Coast, with Chesil Beach’s 18 mile long, pebble and shingle beach connecting the Isle of Portland to Weymouth.

Beatrice Rose is also central to many other stunning places to visit for a day out, including: Isle of Portland; Bowleaze Cove; Lulworth Cove; Sherborne; Dorchester; Bridport and West Bay; Purbeck; Wareham; Swanage; Corfe Castle; Poole; Bournemouth; Christchurch and The New Forest.

This area offers a holiday packed with things to do and see, also with an excellent choice of restaurants and bars with a calendar full of events, especially Weymouth’s Carnival and the award winning Seafood Festival (a must see).

**Parking is available near the caravan, the Caravan Site is Peaceful and quiet, so visitors would be expected to respect the Peace of others too.

**The Caravan is to be left as found please, highchair & cot is not available unfortunately.

**1 small dog welcome (well behaved only)

**WiFi is available free in the bar and restaurant area, also available to purchase for the caravan.

**4 people Max unless arranged prior to booking.

**Only the people booked for permitted to stay. (No Guests Permitted unless arranged prior to your arrival)

** Duvet & Pillows are provided for the Bedrooms Only.

Terms & Conditions

* Payment via Bank Transfer or PayPal can be arranged.. Please email for further details.

* Bookings work on a first come, first serve basis, due to high levels of enquires made.

* A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

* Damages and/or breakages to the caravan and/or its contents must be paid for by yourself upon inspection.

*Bed Linen & towels can be arranged at an additional charge of £35, please ask prior to payment.

*Duvet & Pillows are Only Provided for the Bedrooms. (Sheets Top/Bottom+ Pillow cases & Towels are Required unless arranged).

* The caravan must be left as found please.

* One small, well behaved dog is welcome.

* Highchairs and cots are NOT available, unfortunately.

Pebble Bank Caravan Park is situated less than two miles from Weymouth town centre, and its Blue Flag Award beach. Close to the coastal footpath, on the heritage coast, and the famous Chesil Beach which runs from Portland to Abbotsbury, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers.

Whether you are looking for a quiet break or holiday, or a more lively vacation with children, Pebble Bank offers the best of both worlds.

You can enjoy a drink in the small friendly bar, with stunning views across Lyme Bay, Portland and Chesil Beach. Children are very welcome.

There are many walks along the Dorset Heritage Coastal Footpath all within easy reach, Weymouth provides many attractions for families including an excellent safe and sandy beach and 17th Century harbour.
