Luxury 4 berth Helmsley Lodge situated on the sea front with panoramic views. Double glazed and central heating. Spacious open plan interior comprising of lounge with electric fire, Tv, USB points, WiFi, ceiling fan and patio doors leading onto a very extensive decking to front and side with table and chairs and sun beds. Dining area with fully equipped wrap around kitchen with gas cooker, microwave,fridge freezer,toaster,kett,vacuum cleaner,crockery and utensils. Bathroom with toilet,wash basin and power shower. Master bedroom with king size bed,TV and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with twin beds. Duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen not provided. There is a travel cot and high chair. Parking to the side. Gas and electric included. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. 10 minute drive to Barmouth town. Situated next door to Sunset Walk 041(ref 106339) No charging of electric cars, scooters etc allowed as this will cause the caravans electricity supply to cut off.

Lyons Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.
Lyons Sunnysands offers an action-packed, family-friendly experience with stunning views of Benar and Abermaw beaches and the Snowdonia Mountains.
