Located at the very front of the park, with uninterrupted sea views, you can literally throw a stone onto the beach from the deck!  Only a couple of minutes walk from the pool, bar, and restaurant (but far enough away that noise isn't an issue) - the property is only a 30 second walk from the beach!  

We hadn't heard of Mersea Island before, but after one visit,  we knew we had to have a holiday home here! With its favourable micro-climate and stunning scenery, it was a no-brainer - it has all the feel of the island that it is.  

The Parkdean Resort at Coopers Beach was what really sold us though - the beach on-site, indoor and outdoor heated pools, restaurant and bar right on the beach, adventure playground and sports courts, fabulous walks - it's got it all on a site that is relatively small, unhurried, quiet and superbly clean.  

For Lounging: Comfort and luxury, whatever the weather.  Fully opening double doors to the front leading to an 8ft full-width deck with comfortable patio furniture.  A stone's throw (quite literally) from the beach in front of you, as the property is at the very front of the park you have an uninterrupted view of the sea. 

Enjoy the warmer weather and throw the doors open to let the sea breeze and the sounds of the ocean melt all your troubles away. Or snuggle down in the colder months with the pretty fire to keep you warm while you watch the sea from the large windows and doors, or wrap up warm and take a walk on the beach.  

For Sleeping: The beautifully appointed master bedroom has a full-sized double bed, double wardrobe, cupboard space, dressing table, and en-suite toilet. The two twin bedrooms also benefit from plenty of wardrobe and cupboard storage for any length of stay.  

For Cooking: Stunning kitchen with lots of counter space on a white marble style worktop.  Home from home with dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, microwave, and comprehensive range of utensils. 

For relaxing outside:  A huge around deck with a secure gate for our guests to enjoy the stunning view and ocean sounds with nothing in front of you but the sun sea and sand.   Plus patio area. Take a look at the gallery on our website to see images of the view you'll enjoy.

Deposit required = £200

Security deposit for all stays = £150 (this will be returned in full within 48 hours of your stay assuming no issues are found during the post stay inspection).

A £35 cleaning fee will be added to all bookings of 5 nights and less.

Option to add bed linen and beds made upon arrival to your booking = £35

In this day and age with so many horrible scams, please don't hesitate to ask for proof of our id or ownership of the caravan which we're very happy to provide.

Please note - entertainment and pool passes are NOT included in your booking.  These are available to purchase at reception upon your arrival.  They are charged per person per stay and are around £10 per adult and £6 per child.

PLEASE NOTE: Park passes are not included in your stay but are reasonably priced and are available to purchase from reception upon your arrival.  The Outdoor pool is open from the start of May to the start of September.  The Indoor Pool is closed in the months of November, December and February.  In off-peak months (February, October, November & December) there will be more limited opening of the restaurant and bar.
