The main double bedroom has an En-Suite toilet, 

Small Bedroom Two foot six inch mattresses (Not the standard Two Foot).

Lounge: area has a pull out double bed, 40 inch TV, DVD player.

USB sockets in the lounge area and both bedrooms

Kitchen: Microwave, kettle, fridge with small freezer, toaster and four ring Gas cooker., plus all utensils.

Smoke Detector, Carbon Monoxide alarm and Fire Extinguisher/Blanket are installed..

Car Parking is opposite the caravan, There is an area alongside the caravan for sitting and BBQ

Use of four chairs, table and BBQ

You will find in the Caravan:

1. Bedding (up to six people).

2.  Some toilet rolls.

3. Handwash soap at both sinks.

4. Shower Mat.

5. Washing up Liquid and cloth 

6. One tea towel 

7. Entertainment Passes (Up to six People 2025 £60)

Price includes bedding, cost of Family entertainment/Swimming pool Pass (2025 £60) Gas and Electricity but not towels

Keys are on site in a safe near the Caravan, Pin number to safe supplied on full payment.

A thorough deep clean of the caravan before use is carried out.

£50 Deposit will secure your week, which must be paid within 72 Hours of making booking.

Full payment must be received three weeks prior to your holiday.

Visitors to Trelawne Manor Holiday Park will not be disappointed. From the moment you drive in through the trees and the Manor reveals itself to the time you hand your key back to reception filled with happy memories, you’re sure to be smiling.

Facilities at the caravan park will see the children’s faces light up as they splash down the flume, meet Freddy for the first time over breakfast or get invited up on the stage to see who can sing the longest musical note. The sound of laughter will come from around the playground, echo down by the lake and follow you all the way back to your caravan. Take a trip 2 miles down the road to the delightful fishing village of Looe. Here you can visit the harbour and see the fisherman bring home their catch – perfect for that fresh dish served from one of the restaurants or if you prefer pop in to one of the local bakers for a traditional Cornish pasty that will have you smiling from the inside out!
