One bed can be lifted to accommodate cot bed. bathroom with walk-in shower integrated seat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. There is also a gas cooker with grill and four hobs full-size fridge freezer and microwave spacious lounge and dining area with seating for four people. The lounge as a gas fire, and 32 inch TVDVD player there is a wooden Veranda with gate and seating available. There is parking to the side of our caravan. Minimum booking two days and £100 deposit to secure the van which will be returned within 48 hours after van has been checked for any damage.

£100 deposit is required to secure your booking/bond. Check in is 2 pm on the day of your arrival. Checkout is by 10 am on your departure date. The balance of your holiday is due six weeks before you're start date.

bookings of less than six weeks will need to be paid for in full.

The Promenade Caravan Park is located in the popular resort of Ingoldmells and benefits from direct beach access. The popular Fantasy Island Theme Park is located nearby, which is a great day out for all the family.

There is a local bus service which can take you to the nearby seaside resorts of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards as well as Butlins.
