Welcome to our holiday home at Carmarthen Bay Holiday Village!! 

With such beautiful scenery, you’ll love spending your days outdoors with a holiday at the park which is situated in Kidwelly. If you fancy rockpooling or seaside walks, you’ll find the shoreline of Gwendraeth Estuary right in front of the park. Nearby there are forest walks that lead to a beach at Pembrey Country Park plus great footpaths and cycle routes nearby too. 

Or……. fancy a spot of relaxation, you’ll find it on the park. Laze by the pool as the kids make the most of the flume or take them to the soft play area to let off some steam. Enjoy a quiet coffee or a cheeky vino ... .It's always 5PM somewhere in the world !!!!

Our beautiful home from home caravan will have you relaxing in no time or will be a great base for those who want to explore!!!!! Make a meal in the well equipped open plan kitchen/dining area and it is a great space to prepare food together. If you fancy a cosy night in, then chill out in the lounge together watching the 32 inch flat screen Smart TV with Now TV and Amazon Prime or watch some DVD’s with the children or even better when they are sleeping. Here is a list of what is included in any break that you book with us and we hope that you will love your time spent here and will want to come back for more!!!!

Main Bedroom is a double with a wardrobe, overhead cupboards, side tables, and dressing table.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are both twin bedrooms with single wardrobes and overhead storage cupboards. (you can push the beds together to make a double if required)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is just to cover us and to make sure everyone using the holiday home has an enjoyable stay

1) Deposits are non-refundable 

2) The caravan is your responsibility when you are staying in it and any damage or anything broken will be charged. ( an inventory will be checked before and after your stay)

3) Please provide your own duvet covers, pillowcases and towels, UNLESS YOU HAVE BOOKED A 2024 HOLIDAY AS THESE WILL BE PROVIDED NEXT SEASON.

4) Please use the cleaning products and equipment to clean the caravan and leave it as you found it for the next family.

5) Please can you replace and make sure there is toilet roll and kitchen roll for the next family staying.

6) If you can no longer go on your break please let us know asap so we can free up space for someone else or our family.

7) If you are taking a dog, please check first and please try and keep them off furniture and beds and keep it as clean as possible.

8) Check in is 3PM

9) Check out is 11AM

Entertainment/Complex Passes 

If you are staying whilst the entertainment complex is open then depending on the date and offer booked we will provide entertainment passes as part of your stay for FREE. This will be confirmed at time of booking and will be included on your booking form sent via email. 

If not included in the booking, they can be purchased as a guest at Reception for a small fee. Prices are p/p and are valid for the duration of the stay and must be shown to go into the complex. 

During peak season

£18.50 upto 6 nights

£21.50 upto 7 nights 

During low season

SWIMMING 

If you want to go swimming you must book at reception or swimming pool and they will give you a time to choose that’s suitable for you and your family. Advisable to do this day before at least as it books up fast. There are also extra activities that go on in the swimming pool, some of which have a small fee. They will have a timetable for these.

WIFI

FREE 3G WiFi in the caravan and around the park. You just need to log into our wifi:

There is also free Parkdean Wifi around the park which is Parkean Customer Wifi. It can be a bit patchy so we have added our own. Hot spots work fine as well.

CLEANING

**All we ask is that you please respect the caravan and treat it like it as your own and leave it as you found it. All cleaning equipment and products will be provided. All breakages/damages will be charged accordingly.

GAMES

***We have put together some games that we love playing as a family and everyone is welcome to use them. Please can you ensure that all pieces are put back and looked after for the next family to use. 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Please provide an email address so that your booking form can be forwarded to you, along with the information pack about Carmarthen Bay Holiday Village and the Holiday Home. Your booking information will also contain the date your balance is due if not paid in full. Please read the full terms and conditions and return the form signed by email. It will also contain payment details which is in my Mum’s name not for anyone to panic. 

DEPOSITS / BALANCE

We would kindly ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit in low season and £100 non-refundable deposit in peak season. (For 2023 we are going with £50 deposits as we have just started).

Balance will be either due 2 weeks before or 4 weeks before, depending on time of booking. If booking within a week then the full amount is required. 

A £75 damage waiver bond will be taken and will be returned once keys are returned and the caravan has been inspected.

CHECK IN/OUT AND KEYS

Check in Time will be 3PM

Check out Time will be 11AM  PROMPT AS THERE MAY BE NEW ARRIVALS THAT DAY 

One of us will be there for hand over or alternatively

Keys will be in a security key box and we will provide the pin number 1 WEEK before arrival.

DOGS

Well behaved dogs allowed on REQUEST ONLY!! Please ask at time of booking. (any damages or stains etc will be charged) Max of 2.

Puppy Pads in caravan if needed as an emergency.

WHAT TO BRING

From 2024 we will be providing all linen and towels. You may want to bring a few extra towels if you wish.

TOILET / KIT|CHEN ROLL 

There will be toilet roll/ kitchen roll  provided. Please replace what you use for the next person as we will not always be there for a handover.

GAS / ELECTRIC / WATER

Gas is provided in Calor Gas bottles, if you run out whilst on your stay please contact us to order more.

Any problems with Electricity / water etc. please contact reception to check for power cuts or water leaks etc. 

If you are worried or concerned about anything, or just need to check something please do not hesitate to contact either Matthew or Emma. 

***PLEASE be mindful of use and make sure all lights and switches are off when not in use.
