2 bedrooms..we supply pillows and duvets you just need to bring your own linen and towels. or there is small charge if you would like bedding Supplied king size £10 singles £5 each . Travel cot  high chair free off charge

1 twin room comes with large wardrobe and also over head storage with tv in the room full size single beds with over head lamps for that cosy feel 

1 king  size large  master bedroom with that hotel style feel with bed side tables with night lights also has large dressing area with chair  with large walk in wardrobe  master bedroom has  en-suite toilet shower and wash basin on the wall smart tv .

comes also with 2 large decking areas our own private wrap around garden for the children to play safe. very private area own car parking fully supplied with rattan furniture and also a picnic bench 

situated 1 minute walk to boathouse, and  parks facilities a fabulous swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Sauna and slide, High Ropes, Bungee Trampoline, Crazy Golf  Boathouse pub/restaurant with outside seating where you can watch the children play on the park, a gym, show bar where there is live entertainment for families and adults and bingo. There is also a well organised children's activities programme. Passes are required to use the facilities. Passes are NOT included in the caravan rental price. These can be purchased from reception.

£100 deposit required on booking for the dates you have chosen this keeps your holiday secure and is refunded 7days after you have had your holiday. £100 is only refunded if the caravan has been left in the way it was before your holiday nothing broken no pets or smoke smells and also left in a clean condition.
The full balance for you holiday is due 4 weeks before you go..or pay upfront.
Once you arrive at the caravan there will be an information sheet on how everything works 

please note south view  is based on a familys holiday we do not let any large groups of woman or men stay (hen & stags).
also no groups of people under the age of 25.

This wonderful Holiday Park set in acres of beautiful parkland in Lincolnshire, with fantastic leisure facilities has it's very own Hotel and 9 hole golf course.

In the day splash around in the indoor pool, before heading to Skegness which offers fantastic sandy beaches, indoor and outdoor amusement parks, shopping and theatres. Then head back to the Park to eat in the Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant, The Orangery or takeaway in the refurbished Lakeview Showbar, then enjoy the evening entertainment on the Park.
