3 Bedroomed caravan with, Fully equipped, sleeping upto 8 people in 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge. Outside space includes, parking.

The caravan is located not to far away from the facilities only a 2 minute walk to either the beach or the sites facilities.

LOUNGE:

Large lounge TV ,sat box, We have Dvd, Books and games and a electric fire for the colder times.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully equipped including full size cooker with seperate grill, microwave and fridge / freezer.

SHOWER ROOM / WC:

Large shower cubicle, sink and fitted WC.

WC:

Fitted wc and sink.

BEDROOM 1:

Double bed, double wardrobe fitted cupboards.

BEDROOM 2:

Twin beds, single wardrobe,drawers

BEDROOM 3:

Twin beds, single wardrobe,drawers

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

There is NO smoking, Vaping or any other form of E Cigs allowed in the caravan.

PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS.

Facility Passes

These are not compulsory only needed if you wish to use facilities during your stay. 

On arrival, you will need to go to reception to purchase any site facility passes/ or to get the barrier access code.

This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

All balances must be received 28 days before arrival otherwise the caravan is liable to be re-let with loss of money paid.

 We do not allow no parties of unaccompanied teenagers or single sex groups accepted. 

 We will endeavour to have your accommodation ready for your occupation by 2.30 p.m. on arrival date.This time cannot be guaranteed there are extenuating circumstances beyond our control. On departure date accommodation must be vacated by the time shown on your receipt. 

No felt tip pens allowed in the van

THIS IS A SELF CATERING HOLIDAY. WE WILL INSPECT THE ACCOMODATION AFTER YOUR USE. 

HAS STATED AFTER YOUR CHECKOUT . PLEASE LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION

 (INCLUDING POTS, PANS AND COOKER) READY FOR THE NEXT OCCUPANTS. IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE VAN CLEAN OR CAUSE ANY DAMAGE

 YOUR DEPOSIT  WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU.

Pick up of caravan keys will be at the caravan but won’t be available until time stated on receipt

In the event of loss of the keys to the van a charge of £75.00 will be charged for replacement lock

 We are not responsible for facilities not working or being repaired. Entertainment will be on according to the time of year of your stay.

 During quieter times there may not be nightly entertainment. 

 Duvets and pillows are available to use however; you must take your own linen.

 Anyone found not to be using linen will be charged £30 cleaning charge.

 Please ensure when you leave the van you ensure it is securely locked at all times to protect the van and your possession.

 We do not accept and liability for loss of your personal possessions. You are responsible for the van at all times during your stay.

  You are welcome to use any equipment which is in the van however, any damage, removal or loss of equipment will result in a loss of  allowed and no smoking or vaping in van

PLEASE NOTE

On making a booking a £50 deposit is required to secure the date .This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. And then a full balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival and A £150 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings. The security deposit will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected and please allow up to 5/7 days   

Please be aware the van is SELF CLEAN, if it is left in a mess there will be a £50 charge for cleaner, and will then only recieve £100 back. If  there is any damage to the caravan you will recieve no security deposit back!

Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.

The pinelog swimming pool has an adjoining toddlers splash pool and solarium. In the Amusement Arcade there is a selection of games machines and prize Bingo. The Lobster Pot Fish 'n' Chip Take-Away and Pool Side Coffee Shop provide meals from breakfast to late evening. The site shop is open every day for all your household needs, including fresh milk, bread and newspapers. The site also has a launderette, post box and telephones. Boats can be launched with direct access from Park to beach.
