Situated in the serene Harbour View area of the park on a secluded no through road, offering sort after, exclusive, uninterrupted, front row views of Poole Harbour, from its prime location, looking towards Arne, Wareham and Brownsea Island, within the five star Haven site.

Designed to be a true home away from home, this property boasts modern comforts such as double glazing, central heating, and a welcoming fireplace, ensuring a cosy stay throughout the year. 

The inviting lounge area is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, patio doors lead out to a terrace, which provides an outdoor dining space, sofa and armchairs, gives breathtaking harbour views. 

The well equipped kitchen includes ample workspace, a family-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, integrated gas oven, grill, microwave combi oven, and all essential kitchen amenities. A spacious dining area comfortably seats six adults.

With two bathrooms, the main family bathroom comprises a toilet, washbasin, and bath, while the ensuite to the master bedroom offers a toilet, washbasin, and shower cubicle. 

Each bedroom, including the master with a double bed and two additional bedrooms with twin beds, is equipped with flat screen TV.

Guests will appreciate the thoughtful touches provided, from basic condiments and toiletries to  quality bedding and linen, as well as access to a selection of DVDs, books, games, and beach essentials, including crabbing lines, buckets, and spades.

For additional entertainment options, passes to the on-site entertainment complex can be purchased separately, although with a plethora of local attractions nearby, using the individual free digital guide provided by the owner, they may not be necessary. 

Convenient transportation is available via a bus service from Rockley Park to Poole town center, providing access to Poole train station. 

Check in is available at 3 pm, with guests kindly requested to check out by 10 am for a seamless experience.

• To Secure all bookings a non refundable deposit of £150.00 is required along with a completed booking form.
• As part of the final balance a refundable £100 good housekeeping/breakages is invoiced. This is returned within 7 days of check out, once the holiday home has been cleaned and inspected.
• The final balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
• Small family/friendship groups are welcome, but due to park rules a strict policy of hen or stag party style groups will not be permitted.
• As an extra fee dogs are permitted - One medium or 2 small dogs. Price £20 for one dog & £25 for two.
• Wifi is avaible within the holiday home as an extra - £20.
