Our luxury caravan is on the 5 star Southview Leasure Park located in a lovely location with everything you need for a great holiday.

The caravan is double glazed and has mains gas central heating throughout and a fire in the lounge. It sleeps up to 8 people in a double bedroom with wardrobes and  en-suite toilet and sink,a second bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobes. and a third bedroom with bunk beds and wardrobes. There is a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge.Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring own linen.F The bathroom has full size shower,sink, toilet and mirrored cabinet for toiletries.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer,gas cooker with extractor. there is a microwave,toaster,kettle,and all utensils and cutlery.The lounge has a Smart TV and DVD player, and new for 2019 Wi-fi is available so TV has Netlix,Youtube,etc. The dining area has a table and seating for 6 and plenty of storage.

There is parking for 2 vehicles and 2 patio areas, 1 with table and chairs.

We have also provided a fire extinguisher,smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm for your safety.

The caravan is situated close to all Southview's many facilities.Passes are required for some facilities and range from around £40-£71 for the whole family.Passes are not included in the rental price.

Park facilities include a fantastic swimming pool with sauna,jacuzzi and slides,the new Boathouse pub/restaurant with outside seating and a fully equiped gym. There is a nine-hole golf course and fishing lake.

Groups of same sex parties are not allowed.[ site rules]. Sorry but no pets and no smoking inside caravan.

Lead name must be over 21 years old.

A £50 per week deposit is required to secure your holiday. this is deducted from your holiday total price and is non-refundable. the balance is to be paid 5 weeks prior to your holiday start date. A £75 bond is payable against damage and breakages which will be refunded to you on provision the caravan is left in good order and no damage.

All payments can be made by BACS transfer,cheque or cash by arrangement.

Weekend and short breaks available on request.

This wonderful Holiday Park set in acres of beautiful parkland in Lincolnshire, with fantastic leisure facilities has it's very own Hotel and 9 hole golf course.

In the day splash around in the indoor pool, before heading to Skegness which offers fantastic sandy beaches, indoor and outdoor amusement parks, shopping and theatres. Then head back to the Park to eat in the Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant, The Orangery or takeaway in the refurbished Lakeview Showbar, then enjoy the evening entertainment on the Park.
