The lounge area has plenty of seating and a dining table a tv and dvd player

we have gas central heating and a gas fire.

Kitchen with gas cooker microwave fridge freezer kettle toaster and electric health grill

Two bedrooms one double and one with 2 singles and a pull out double in lounge

Duvets and pillows only can you please bring your own bedding and towels

w.c. with shower

We have a side decking with 6 seats and table and  an area surrounded with trees we are 10 mins walk from clubhouse and swimming bands are available if needed 

SOME WEEK-ENDS WILL BE AVAILABLE

£100 non refundable deposit per week to be paid on booking with the balance due to be paid 4 weeks before arrival

We also add a damage deposit of a £100 to your balance this will be refunded back to you after inspection and return of the band's after you have left

Check in from 1500 hrs and check out by 10 am

you will be sent a text  the day before with the key safe number to access the number and where to find it

Entrance to the park is controlled by a barrier
