There are 2 toilets one with a large shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, dinner service and all utensils.
In the lounge there is a dining table and chairs, 2 settees and a single chair, coffee table, Smart TV with Freeview and FREE WIFI
Outside there is a secure decking area with a patio set also a private parking bay

Caravan Y12 is approximately 6 - 7 minutes walk from the beach with direct access, There you will find a small funfair with crazy golf and an amusement arcade also an ice cream/burger bar, café/bar,  fish & chip/pizzeria shop, Grocery shop and a Launderette
Also on site is the Showboat clubhouse and indoor heated pool. and children's play areas
Clarach Bay has direct access to the Wales costal path with some lovely walks with magnificent views.
