Main double bedroom with mirror and ample cupboards and wardrobe storage. The second bedroom can either be a double or 2 singles depending on requirements with wardrobe and cupboards. The third bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe storage. Bedding and towels included.

Shower room with toilet and a second separate toilet.

Spacious living room with pull out sofa bed if required.

40" Smart tv with Blu-ray player and free view WiFi

The well-stocked kitchen has a microwave, toaster, gas hob, oven iron, and ironing board.

Outside there is a deck with seating and space for parking.

Liskey Hill is a dog friendly site but they need to be kept on leads and picked up after. There is a laundrette onsite and only short walk from the town center and beautiful dog friendly beach.

WE'VE BEEN NOTIFIED BY VALE, THE PARK OWNERS, THAT CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN CARAVANS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED DUE TO THE FIRE RISK. THEY'VE SAID THAT IF PEOPLE ARE FOUND TO BE BREAKING THIS RULE THEN THE GUESTS WILL BE TOLD TO VACATE THE PARK CAUSING AN ENDING THEIR HOLIDAY.

To secure your booking a £50 per week deposit is requested (please note that should the holiday be cancelled the deposit paid is none refundable ).

In addition a refundable £100 security bond will be added to the final cost. This is to cover any damage, excess cleaning or breakages, this is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan following your departure.

Full balance to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday. Payment by bank transfer is preferred method
