3 Bedroomed caravan. Fully equipped, sleeping upto 8 people in 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge. Outside space includes, parking, with an enclosed decked area.

The caravan is located far enough away from the facilities to be a little bit quieter, yet is only a 2 minute walk to either the beach or the sites facilities.

LOUNGE:

Large lounge with, 32" Freeview, LED TV, with apps for you to log into your own Netflix, amazon, Disney accounts. Playstation 3, Books and games and a electric fire for the colder times.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully equipped including full size cooker with seperate grill, microwave, tassimo drinks machine (pods not provided) and large fridge / freezer.

SHOWER ROOM / WC:

Large shower cubicle, sink and electric heater and fitted WC.

WC:

Fitted wc and sink.

BEDROOM 1:

Twin beds, single wardrobe, fitted units, electric heater.

BEDROOM 2:

Double bed, double wardrobe with fitted shelves, 24" TV with built in freeview and DVD player, Electric heater, fitted cupboards, dressing table and hair dryer.

BEDROOM 3:

Twin beds, single wardrobe, fitted units and electric heater.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Any holidays bed linen and towel available to hire for a small cost.

Gas bbq available to hire for your stay at charge of £10 per week. 

Travel cot and high chair available on request.

There is NO smoking, Vaping or any other form of E Cigs allowed in the caravan.

These are not compulsory only needed if you wish to use facilities during your stay. 

On arrival, you will need to go to reception to purchase any site facility passes/ or to get the barrier access code.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKINGS ARE MADE ON A SELF CLEAN BASIS, CLEANING PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED BUT IT IS DOWN TO THE HIRER TO CLEAN THE VAN BEFORE CHECKING OUT. IF THIS IS NOT COMPLETED THE SECURITY DEPOSIT CAN BE WITHHELD

ALL bookings are subject to a £50 Damage / Cleaning deposit, this is refunded after checkout / inspection.

Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.

The pinelog swimming pool has an adjoining toddlers splash pool and solarium. In the Amusement Arcade there is a selection of games machines and prize Bingo. The Lobster Pot Fish 'n' Chip Take-Away and Pool Side Coffee Shop provide meals from breakfast to late evening. The site shop is open every day for all your household needs, including fresh milk, bread and newspapers. The site also has a launderette, post box and telephones. Boats can be launched with direct access from Park to beach.
