Our Spacious 2 Bed 6 Berth Fully Heated and Double Glazed Caravan with secure decking at Haven's 5* Primrose Valley Holiday Park in Filey near Scarborough is available to hire.

 Travel cot and high chair provided free of charge.  Dogs welcome free of charge T&C's Apply.

£75 secures your booking. Balance not due until 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Easy payment options are available please ask at time of booking. 

Our caravan is centrally located in the park in a quiet cul-de-sac. Just a short walk from the Lakehouse pool, restaurant, outdoor cinema, fayre and childrens play area's. The entertainment complex and pools are within easy walk and all the other attractions. 

Our Spacious 2 bedroomed caravan has 1 large double room with access door to Jack and Jill bathroom and lots of wardrobe space with chest of drawers inside, vanity mirror and shelving unit TV with built in Freeview and DVD player and can also fit travel cot, hairdryer and large panel heater, 1 twin room with double wardrobe with chest of drawers inside, vanity shelves and mirror and small panel heater.

The lounge has a large corner sofa with double sofa bed, Gas fire, TV cabinet, TV with built in freeview, USB port. Games console / DVD player, Small selection of DVD's and games. A selection of children's board games, dominoes and playing cards.

Dining area with fixed corner seating dining table, 2 stools.

Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage cupboards and has a full sized 4 ringed gas hob, oven and separate grill, full sized fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. Small amount of cleaning products, first toilet roll and bin liners are provided. Dish/cleaning cloth, sponge scourer and two tea towels are provided. 

Shower room with double shower cubicle and wash basin, Mirrored storage cabinet and large panel heater with towel rail. Separate Jack and Jill bathroom with WC, sink and storage shelves.  

Maiden airer, Caravan window airer. Iron and ironing board. Portable 2KW convection heater (please note Kettle, Toaster and Microwave cannot be used together if heater is on full power as this will blow electrics)

Patio area with 6 seater picnic bench and BBQ.

Large wrap around secure decking with access from the kitchen dining area with patio furniture.

Holidays available for 7 or 14 nights Saturday to Saturday, Monday to Monday and Friday to Friday. Short breaks available 3 and 4 nights Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday.  6 Week School Holidays Saturday to Saturday Only. 

Dogs welcome at no extra cost subject to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog. Terms and conditions apply. Please note that Haven do not permit certain breeds on the site. Havens rules apply whilst walking dogs on site.

Play Passes are not included in the price please see photo in gallery for 2023 prices.  These can be purchased direct from Haven once paid in full and your arrival has been registered with Haven up to 12 weeks prior to your holiday.  Once purchased you can then pre book activities,  swimming etc foe your holiday.  For prices please see photo in gallery.

Bed linen is provided. Beds made up for arrival. Shower floor mat, Dish cloth, sponge scourer and two tea towels are provided. Please remember to bring your own towels etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

£75 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.  Holidays cannot be held without a deposit payment. Payment in full is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday.  Failure to pay in full by the given date may result in your booking being cancelled with no deposit refund.  Once balance has been paid in full you will receive email confirmation, a copy of the caravan inventory and map showing the location of the caravan. An additional £75 refundable security deposit is payable on payment of the final balance. This is to cover any loss/damage which may occur to the caravan or its contents. This will be returned immediately by bank transfer or cheque following inspection of the caravan as long as it has been left in a clean and tidy condition and no loss/damage has occurred.  Please allow 3 working days for this to show in your account once you have provided your bank details.

Pets:  Dogs permitted subject to a maximum of 3 depending on sizes.  Only well behaved and trained dogs are permitted.  Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Dogs must not be left in the caravan alone for long periods of time and must be in a cage if left alone in the caravan.  Please note Haven do not permit certain breeds on site.

Please note this is a NO SMOKING caravan. Any evidence of smoking within the caravan will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Havens Rules: Please note that no single sex bookings are allowed. Minimum age 21 for the lead person. Check - In 4pm Check - Out 10am. I now need to provide your contact details to Haven for them to contact you regarding your arrival on Park and the new procedures. 

Accepted Payment Methods:  Easy Bank Transfer or Cheque. Keys:  Full information for access to the caravan will be provided once balance has been paid. PLEASE NOTE ONLY THE GUESTS WHICH ARE NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM ARE PERMITTED TO STAY THIS IS NON TRANSFERABLE MAX OCCUPANCY IS 6 GUESTS.  A full inventory is provided for your use please take care of all items which are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. Guests agree to take care of the caravan and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday. Any damage must be reported to the owner immediately.  No dishes to be left on the draining board, grill pan to be cleaned after use etc.  If the caravan is left in a dirty condition an additional charge of £30 will be billed to the party leader to cover additional cleaning costs. If any damage has occurred that the costs are more than the security bond and it is not covered by my insurance as accidental damage then the lead party guest will be responsible to pay the costs of the repairs and will be taken to court if they fail to pay. I also reserve the right to warn other owners. No furnishings, cushions or stools etc. are to be taken outside the caravan. 

Funworks Passes are required for entry into Funworks which are available at extra cost from reception. Other facilities on park are available without passes.  The owners are not responsible for provision, change or withdrawal of entertainment or facilities at the park. 

Cancellation Policy:  If you have wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us immediately in writing.  If you cancel your holiday before your balance is due this will result in the loss of your deposit.  If you cancel after your balance has been paid then you will only receive a refund of your security deposit.  I will re advertise your holiday as a cancellation and any money received I will refund less a £30 admin fee and original deposit.  If we are unable to re-let the holiday then no further refund will be given.  We recommend that all parties take out adequate holiday insurance. The owner reserves the right to exclude anyone found to have damaged the caravan without any refund of rental and loss of security deposit.  This is at the sole discretion of the owner.  The site reserves the right to exclude anyone breaking any site rules or causing damage, disturbance or similar.  There will be no right to a refund from either the site or the caravan owner in such circumstances and will result in the loss of your security deposit. 

We the owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party. We the owners reserve the right to cancel your confirmed booking at anytime, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and refund all monies paid.  In no event shall any monies refunded exceed the rental for the caravan.

DISPUTES & HARASSMENT: In the event of disputes then a third party may be consulted in order to resolve matters Repeated/abusive telephone calls, text messages, written correspondence or other contact will not be tolerated. You will be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of any breach of these rules.
