The caravan is well presented with one double, and two twin bedrooms in one of the premier static caravan sites in Devon. It is fully double glazed,centrally heated with freeview TV and integrated DVD player  It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and utentils. It is maintained to a high standard and is smoke free. The caravan is in an elevated position with sea views and decking area. The enclosed  decking area is a little piece of private and secure outside space for your relaxation or alfresco dining. There is private parking space for two large cars outside. On arrival you obtain the key from the key safe situated by the door so no need to queue or for lengthy  check in procedures  Access to the caravan is fairly flat with a couple of steps up to the door located within one minute walking distance to the swimming pool that boasts a gymnasium, bubble pool and sauna and  a three minute walk to the club house, restaurant, cafe and private beach. The beach is Blue Flag Life guard controlled and popular for surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Duvets and pillows are provided but guests are asked to bring duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases or sleeping bags, towels and tea towels. Well behaved dogs are welcome and must be kept on leads on site and are not allowed in complex buildings. The general store on site stocks everything you might need - there is a co-op 10 minutes away in Modbury or Tesco and Morrisons in Kingsbridge

Entertainment passes are not included and can be purchased directly from reception at a cost of approx. £10

A  deposit/security bond of £100 is required  to secure your booking. The deposit /security bond will be returned after the caravan has been inspected for damage or missing items within 7 days of departure.

Full payment is due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

If you are booking with less than eight weeks to go, then payment is required in full when booking.

Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10.30am
