This is fully fitted caravan on the Holburne Naish site. It is 42ft x 13ft. THE CARAVAN IS OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE OWNERS LOCALLY. It is located near the cliff top where stunning and uninterrupted panoramic views across the Solent can be seen.

The holiday park is situated on the south coast between New Milton and Highcliffe and is not far from Bournemouth and Boscombe.

The beach is within a short walking distance and the New Forest a few minutes drive away.

Entertainment passes can be purchased through owner. We accept well behaved dogs! Our 6 berth holiday caravan is well equipped and comfortable for use all year round with double glazing and central heating.

It has patio doors opening onto an enclosed front decking area with patio furniture.

A secure gate outside stops pets and children escaping.

Outside storage is available for beach equipment etc. The accommodation consists of:- 2 bedrooms comprising one double pull out, a king size bed and an en-suite toilet, and one single with two single beds.

The pull out double bed is in the lounge.

There is a second TV in the double bedroom. Fast fibre WI-FI is available in the van.

The lounge and both bedrooms have USB charging points. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob, oven and extractor fan, fridge, freezer and microwave.

It has an electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and plenty of other equipment and utensils to make you feel at home!

There is also a table and four comfortable chairs. In the lounge there is a 32" TV and DVD player, selection of DVD's for all ages.

In addition to the full central heating, there is a separate electric fire in this area for your added comfort. Shower room consists of a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. We WELCOME WELL BEHAVED ADULT DOGS (2 max.) The security bond will be £50. They are NOT allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms at any time.

Please bring your dog's bed and clean bedding, bowls and poo bags. Club membership can be purchased separately.

Linen and towels are not provided. However, linen can be provided at an extra cost.

Electricity is Included in our rental price.

A short stay supplement may apply.

Important: We normally take bookings on a weekly basis, usually Saturday to Saturday, although parts of a week may also be considered. THREE NIGHTS MINIMUM, a short stay supplement will apply.

2 bedrooms:  1x kingsize bed, 2 x Single Bed, 1 x Double Bed,. 1 x Bathroom with Shower. 1 x ensuite bathroom, dressing room. Lounge, kitchen.

Prices are per night. £50 deposit. Minimum stay 3 nights at certain times of the year. Balance due 6 weeks before the start.

Bed linen and Club passes extra.

Well behaved dogs welcome, maximum of two. No pups.
