Lovely 8 berth caravan with large decking area and outdoor dining and lounge furniture.
All beds made up on arrival with your towels also provided by our incredible housekeepers. Your facility passes and a luxury welcome pack are included in our price.
Our stunning family-owned caravan sleeps up to 8 people featuring a Master double bedroom with T.V, two twin bedrooms and a shower room & W/C with an additional W/C and wash basin.
The kitchen, lounge and dining area is comfortable and spacious and perfect for any home cooking. Our caravan has a gorgeous, large decking patio area with lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy those home cooked or takeaway meals al fresco or even just a nice cold glass wine or beer on a sunny day.
Our caravan is well-equipped with everything you will need for a very comfortable home-from-home stay. All bedding and towels are included and all beds will be made up for you, prior to your arrival.
The famous Brixham harbour is less than a 3 minute drive away and is a beautiful place to explore some great independent shops, restaurants and cafes and even their famous fish market at which only the early bird catches "The Best Fish". There are also regular boat trips to Torquay and Paignton from Brixham which we highly recommend as a way to see parts of the gorgeous, scenic English Riviera from the sea.

We require £100.00 deposit to secure your booking dates and the rest of the overall balance of your booking price is payable 6 weeks before your stay. We add on £100.00 security deposit to every booking and barring any major damage, this full amount will be returned to you the day after your departure.
If you are booking a holiday with us within 4 weeks of the stay, we require the full balance to be paid upon booking.
We offer short weekend & midweek stays as well as full week stays.
All bookings for a full week must start on either a Friday or Monday due to those being our changover days with our fabulous housekeepers.

This lively holiday park is set above the bustling harbour town of Brixham. There’s plenty to do at South bay holiday park with an adventure playground, crazy golf, basketball and kids’ club. Relax on a lounger as the kids whizz down the flume, watch the little ones in the toddler pool or enjoy a swim straight through to the indoor pool.
Enjoy an action packed entertainment programme in the Oceanus Club or take it easy on the sun terrace and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. For the more energetic, a stepped path leads you down to the delightful St Mary’s Cove.
The harbourside at Brixham is perfect for a spot of crabbing and is home to some fantastic restaurants with freshly caught fish prepared daily or if you prefer you can enjoy some good old fashioned fish and chips and choose from over 35 flavours of ice cream!
Torquay, Britains premier resort offers an endless supply of things to do and a bustling nightlife. The Torbay area abounds with local attractions and interesting places to visit. Visit the Eden Project for a good day out.
