Pinewoods, Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk (Ref.111733)

This is our 35ft, 2 bedroomed caravan sited in a quiet spot within 2 minutes walk of the beautiful sandy beach and pinewoods. It has been furnished to a high standard with lots of attention to detail

Main bedroom has a double bed with Simba mattress and en-suite (toilet and sink) with large wardrobe and internal drawers
Second bedroom has two twin single beds with wardrobe and cupboards above beds
Main bathroom with toilet sink and shower (instantaneous hot water)

Kitchen is fully equipped with pots / pans/ utensils/ glasses/ crockery etc
All cleaning materials are provided along with kitchen roll/cling film, tin foil, tea towels, toilet rolls, bin bags etc

Lounge area has a table that will seat 6, smart tv with integrated DVD player and pull out sofa bed ( small double)that will sleep an additional  2 people if required

All bedding and towels are provided ( not beach towels) along with a welcome pack including wine /milk/bread etc
Guests can access our 6 family bikes (adults/teenager size) beach chairs/toys/crabbing nets etc

Outside decking area has a luxurious L-shaped cushioned seating area with umbrella, two rattan bucket seats with small coffee table, beach storage box and a gas BBQ

Well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement, please do not allow on sofas or beds - there is an outside hose  which can be used for washing them after a trip to the beach

We do offer 3 night (Fri-Mon) and 5 night breaks (Mon -Fri) but these are on request and usually only available during quieter months (April/October/November/December) as during summer we hope to book full weeks

A £100 deposit (bank transfer) secures your booking , the full balance plus a £100 damage deposit (refundable if no damage) is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday

Situated right at the heart of the North Norfolk coast, Pinewoods Holiday Park has been welcoming holidaymakers and families for over 60 years.

Pinewoods strives for high standards across every area of the park. This picturesque site lies behind pine-topped sand-dunes at the edge of Wells beach, just a short walk from the bustling historic port of Wells-next-the-Sea.

Shop
The on-site shop is well-stocked with provisions, groceries, cold-drinks and beers, wines and spirits. Opening times vary according to season and are displayed by the entrance door.

Children’s playground
Somewhere safe to let off steam and have a play. This play area is suitable for children under 16 years of age.

Lake
Once open to the sea, Abraham’s Bosom is now a unique enclosed lagoon right in Pinewoods park.

Cycling and bike hire
Pinewoods is a great base for cycling. As well as miles of quiet country lanes (and not many hills) inland, Pinewoods sits right on the Wells and Holkham Circuit of National Cycle Network route 1. There’s also lots of off-road tracks for traffic free cycling. Bikes can be hired locally by the day or week if you can’t bring your own.

Beach Road café and shop
For ice creams, drinks and beach goods, visit the café and shop in the main beach car park.
