This Swift Bordeaux 2010 2 bed 32 X 12 is dog friendly and has a accessible wheelchair ramp located on a nice quiet family site with private access to the beach.

Mablethorpe town Centre and Sutton on Sea are less than a mile away along the promenade. Dog friendly beach.

This caravan has a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Flat screen TV, gas fire, oven, grill & hob, fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster.  Dining table and chairs.  There is also an ironing board & iron for your use.

Spacious double bedroom with lots of wardrobe storage and dressing table with mirror. The twin bed has 2 single beds and wardrobe.  There is a small pull out bed in the lounge.

We provide duvets, pillows, and mattress and pillow protectors.  You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Large shower with WC and hand basin.

It has double glazing and central heating.

Sloping ramp for Wheelchair users and a veranda. Pull across gate to keep your dogs safe.

Direct private access to the beach.

Although this site doesn’t have any bar & entertainment on site any more there is “The Dreams Bar” on Trusville Holiday Homes Site that offers these facilities. Along with a cafe that offers breakfast, lunch & dinner only a short walk along the promenade towards Mablefthorpe.  Sutton Springs Holiday Estates has the Seagull Bar & Restaurant which is just a short walk towards Sutton on Sea and is open to non residents.

WiFi b is available in the reception area.  If you have 4g on your phone you can get access to the Internet in the caravan.

The £50 Security Bond Deposit is paid on bookin and is on top of the rental fee. It secures your dates and is refundable.  It will not be refunded if you cancel your holiday for any reason, but you may change your dates if given enough notice.  Once the caravan has been checked and there are no missing, damaged or broken items and it has been left in a clean and tidy condition it will be refunded.  The cost to replace any items will deducted from the deposit if this does not cover the damage you will be invoiced for the remaining cost. 

Please respect our property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition as it was on your arrival.

The balance will be due 1 month before your holiday.

I will need to know how many adults, children and dogs if any will be staying in the caravan.  Ages of the children under 18 years of age.

There is No Smoking inside the caravan.

We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs, please do not allow them on the furniture and they are not to be left alone in the caravan.

Postponement and cancellation

This clause explains when you, or we, may cancel or agree to postpone your holiday due to Government restrictions. We prefer that you postpone but will always allow you to cancel where the law gives you the right to do so.

The rights in this clause are additional to any other rights either of us may have in our terms and conditions.

We promise to keep all our customers safe. We ask you not to book if the law prevents you visiting or staying with us, or if Government guidance means that you should not visit or stay with us even if the law still allows you to. Our promise also means that there are limited circumstances in which we may need to cancel your holiday.

Either of us has the right to cancel your holiday, or any full unused days, if the law prevents you from visiting or staying with us. If your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking in full.  If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel.  We will not charge an administration fee.

A small, friendly, family site with private access to miles of beautiful beaches. Facilities include an on-site launderette and a Children’s Arcade run by friendly Happy Days Seaside staff.
