Our 35ft x 12ft static caravan provides holiday accommodation situated in quiet, private grounds, with beautiful views across the picturesque Eden Valley.

Located in Cumbria, on the edge of the stunning Lake District National Park, it is ideally situated for anyone looking to visit this beautiful part of the world, while at the same time being able to stay somewhere quiet and peaceful away from the crowds.

The holiday caravan sleeps four in total - one double bedroom, and two twin beds.

The caravan is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, air fryer, shower and toilet, TV, DVD player, heaters and fridge. Bed linen is provided. In addition, there is plenty of private car parking beside the caravan.

One pet is very welcome, the only thing we ask is that they are kept off the furniture!

A shop, restaurant and takeaway are all located in the village of Great Ormside, about a mile and a half away. There are pubs serving food in the village of Great Asby, and the nearby market town of Appleby - home of the world-famous Appleby Horse Fair - where you can also find other pubs, restaurants and takeaways.

There are a number of countryside walks and footpaths nearby, providing an ideal opportunity for a pleasant stroll - as well as being suitable for dog walking. In addition, you will only be about 30 minutes' drive from both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, making Heights Castle the ideal location from which to visit both of these breathtaking parts of the country.
