Our caravan is privately owned, cleaned to a high standard and situated in an outstanding location on Killigarth Manor Holiday Park. Spectacular views of the sea, fields and beautiful sunsets can be seen from the large decking area. There is a private area to the side of the caravan with a seating area and BBQ supplied. There is also plenty of room to park your car alongside the caravan. 

This caravan had a complete refurbishment in 2019 and everything inside was brand new including the carpets, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, living room furniture and beds.

There are two bedrooms, a double master bedroom (with en-suite), a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. All bed linen, pillows and duvets are supplied.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet and sink and towels supplied.

Unfortunately, we will not accept pets to our caravan (even though we love animals).  However, we can recommend some pet friendly accommodation if required.

COVID-19 Guidance

Following government guidelines, please be aware that the caravan has been deep cleaned internally and externally, carpets have been cleaned throughout and all items within the caravan have been sanitised. In order to protect the safety of our guests,  a deep cleaning regime will be provided on departure in preparation for the next new arrival and all keys will be cleaned and sanitised.

Hand sanitiser will be provided within the caravan along with antibacterial cleaning spray.  We encourage all our guests to adhere to the government guidelines such as appropriate hand hygiene, social distancing measures and to wear masks where necessary.

Secure your holiday with a £100 deposit. Please note the deposit is non-refundable should you fail to arrive, unless you cancel your booking giving min 2 weeks notice. 

Check out by 10:00am on day of departure, alternative arrangements can be made subject to availability and agreement upon booking.
