 Welcome Guest  to our beautiful holiday home from home which measures 40 x 16 wide this is a LODGE  and gives you ample space for a family of 6 and would sleep 7. The decking is a full wrap around the whole length of lodge and includes  gates to front and side areas with patio furniture and lounge furniture.  Our  Family  Lodge is situated in a quite part approximately 5 minutes walk from all amenities.; we also have the addition of solar flame lighting .

Storage  cupboard in Hallway houses boiler and cleaning equipment, includes ironing board.

Large full sized kitchen area with ample workspace wall and base units, double gas hob with extractor fan, toaster and kettle,microwave, dishwasher, crockery, dishes, glasses, cutlery , pots and pans enough for up to 6-8, American fridge/freezer  many additional kitchen lounge items. 

Dining area includes  high backed chairs and additional comfortable bench for   extra  seating will seat up to 6/7

Ample space in lovely lounge with sofas beds to both sofas both with sprung mattresses one with chaise and storage, all  soft furnishings and blinds, vinyl flooring with rug, side lamps large mirrors for lighting nest of tables, coffee table, Electric  fire and matching surround  LG  43 Smart TV, includes Netflex and Prime Video,  Wi-Fi,  matching stereo equipment plenty of dvds for adults and children plus games. Bookcase for books. This holiday home  has been vastly updated to make it  home from home for your holiday comforts we pride ourselves in looking after our guest during your stay with us.

2 double bedrooms 1 master and  1 with 2 full sized single  beds.

Master bedroom includes double storage sliding  wardrobes with shelving and  hanging, New kingsized bed includes side cabinets, lamps,dressing table, stool TV and hairdryer kept in side drawer. leading into  ensuite  Shower Room which includes WC and basin , vanity unit,  wall cabinet and slimline storage cabinet,  Heated towel rail.

Double twin full sized twin beds comprises of cabinet these and can be pushed together to make another kingsized  bed this leads into walk-in wardrobe with full hanging space to left and vanity display to right which leads into bathroom, includes vanity unit,wc, bath with grab rail, heated towel rail, slimline floor and wall units and mirror. All new vinyl flooring to kitchen  hallway, and both bedrooms.  All furniture and soft furnishings have been renewed throughout the lodge.

Own car parking space to front of Lodge for 2 cars .

PLEASE NOTE:  We supply duvets and pillows but you will have to supply your own bed linen and towels, if you so wish we can supply bedding at an additional price of £35 beds made up, our cleaner arranges this for us.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on lead and must be free from infestation and clean an additional £30 is chargeable only small and medium dogs allowed.  Dogs are only allowed around areas designated from Cedar Lawn up to Hawthorn Close and not in or outside of the complex areas this is Havens rules NOT OUR Rules. This Lodge has been vastly updated over the past year, includes  New kingsized bed  new flooring, new night and day blinds Wi-Fi, and freshly painted doors throughout the lodge.

NO UNDER 21s HEN OR STAG PARTIES HAVENS POLICY

Maximum of 6/7,   . Keys details will be explained and number of lodge upon receipt of your final payment due 4 weeks before yr holiday. Please provide your contact details leader and other’s sharing LODGE with you address details and also your bank details for your Bond payment to be refunded after our inspection that it has been left how you found it. We also require your car registration for Haven to email you the booking and departure code for booking your playpasses.

Payment details , Bank transfer details will be provided or cheque is acceptable, If you should so wish, we would accept payment in instalments if this makes it easier for yourselves with full payment 4 weeks before start of your holiday. deposit for 7 nights £50 or 3/4 nights non refundable on cancellation of booking. If booking a 7 night stay we will offer a 5% discount.

We request the bond payable with final payment less your deposit which will be refunded within a few days after our inspection of the condition of our holiday home with no breakages or losses, we would ask you to please respect our lovely holiday home and would ask you to leave it on your departure as you found it upon your arrival. Play passes can be booked prior to your arrival upon receipt of your booking/departure code online or reception in office hours.

This Haven Park has fantastic amenities which includes fishing, boating lake rock climbing, crazy golf, indoor and outdoor fun pools, a fun and lively nightly clubhouse with day facilities for the children, arcades,  New Burger King,Papa Johns pizza who will deliver, fish and chip shop, launderette, onsite shop and restaurant shops only a short distance away approx 5 mins.  It is also situated near a quite sandy beach.

Only a short drive away you will find Western Super Mare, Brean Sands, Cheddar Gorge, and Wookey Hole and many more attractions, including Apex Park 5 mins drive away.
