Pet friendly 2 bedroom caravan situated on Juniper Close, 5 mins walk from the main complex. Wraparound decking with seating, from which to enjoy the sea view during the day, and amazing sunsets at night. Double glazed and central heated throughout. Allocated parking bay alongside which will easily accommodate 2 cars. Benefits from piped gas for your convenience. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi available, however, the signal received can be very hit and miss, depending on how busy the site is. Unfortunately it is a problem site wide, and not specific to our particular area, and cannot be resolved by the owner.

The open plan Living/Dining room has a freestanding dining table and four chairs. The Living area has two freestanding sofas, one of which turns into a double bed with a memory foam mattress. It also has a 49” Flat screen TV, DVD Player, DAB radio, and HDD Recorder. Two USB Charging Units are also available. There is also a small selection of books, games, and DVD’s that are available for your use. We also have a range of fans to keep you cool and comfortable during hot weather.

The Kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with a gas cooker and hob, overhead extractor fan, 3/4 fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, various pots and pans, cups, glasses, plates, dishes, and cutlery, including a full set of Viners chopping knives. Also available for your use is a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, an Air Fryer, and a vegetable steamer. There is also a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner and an Ironing Board and Iron.

The caravan boasts a very spacious Master Bedroom with king size bed, large vanity area, fitted wardrobe, overhead storage, bedside cabinets, two USB Charging Sockets, and a 32” Flat Screen TV with built in DVD player. Also included are Hair Dryer and Hair Straighteners. It will easily incorporate a Travel Cot which is also available for your use, along with a High Chair, and Bed Guard. There is an En-Suite bathroom with toilet and wash basin. 

The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed, built in wardrobe, overhead storage, bedside cabinet, and USB Charging Socket.

The family bathroom comprises shower, toilet, wash basin, ample storage space, and a Shaver Charging Unit.

Gas, Electric, Heating and Hot Water are included in the price. Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will have to bring your own bedding, towels, etc.

One well behaved dog will be accepted at a small extra charge, but if any damage is incurred, recompense will be required accordingly. There is also a medium dog crate in situ that can also be used to save having to bring your own. 

*Please Note - dogs are not to be left alone in the caravan at any time. 

Play Passes to access swimming, activities, and entertainment venues are not included, but can be purchased prior to arrival via an email from Haven once your stay has been registered by the owner.

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required in order to secure your booking. This can be paid by either Cheque, or Bank Transfer, details of which can be found on the Booking Paperwork that will be sent once confirmation of the booking request has been received.

The remaining balance will be payable no later than 8wks prior to your arrival date.

A Holiday Park located in a remarkable Devon setting...

The park is pretty big. And because so many families come to stay here, Haven make it their priority to make sure that activities, entertainment and dining facilities don’t disappoint...

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
