This beautiful caravan to let on Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park is located at the end of Piran Point and is just a short walk to the sand dunes. 

The caravan is in a very quiet peaceful location surrounded by sand dunes and the nature board walk. There is no through road from the right. Near to Piran Point, the tiny church previously buried in the sand dunes called St Piran's Oratory isn't far away to explore.

Lounge/Dining Area
The open space here is modern and light, the fixed seats allow people to sit back and relax. Also, within the lounge there is a TV, contemporary wall mounted electric fire and additional seating space.

Kitchen
This kitchen contains all the appliances you should need, including a gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with an ice box.

Master Bedroom
The double bed will give you a comfortable night’s sleep with plenty of storage space. With a central heating radiator.

Twin Room x 2
There are two single beds in each twin bedroom with wardrobes. Both have central heating radiators.

Shower Room
The shower room contains a shower, basin and central heating radiator. 

Separate WC with basin.

Outside
Wooden picnic bench.
Parking available for 2 cars on the grass.

Water, gas and electiricty are all included in the rental prices. Well behaved dogs are £5 each p/n - £35 for the week. Duvets and pillows are provided in the caravan. Guests take their own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths.

Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase Haven's Play Passes. These can be arranged online before arrival or possibly on arrival in Haven's main reception subject to their availability at the time. Haven's information and pass prices can be found on their website.

Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf and Go-Kart hire. We do not know for certain which of the park facilities will be available - our prices are for the hire of the caravan and include free water, gas and electricity.

How to Book: In the first instance, please contact us to confirm the dates (Sat-Sat only) and your party details. A non-refundable rental deposit of £150.00 would be required to secure a break of seven nights. The remaining rental balance would be payable six weeks prior to the arrival date.

Left As Found / Key and Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we also require the extra Left As Found / Key & Damage Deposit of £150.00. This amount is returned to the booking holder, within a few days, if the caravan has been left as found - clean and tidy with no breakages.

Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted. There must be one person aged 21 or above in your party.

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
