This lovely and well cared for modern holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the Cleethorpes Pearl Holiday Park (formerly Beachcomber), but within a 2 minute walk to all the parks amenities, clubhouse, outside heated swimming pool and restaurant.

There is a space adjacent to the van for 1 allocated car.

Spacious open plan lounge and dining area with a gas fire.

Fully equipped modern kitchen, providing everything you require, including fan assisted gas oven, separate fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

One double bedroom with a triple wardrobe, 2 single bedrooms. Duvets and pillows are provided, however bedding can be supplied at an additional cost of £25. Please discuss at time of booking. 

2 modern bathrooms, 1 with a walk in shower.

Lovely secure deck area with seating and outside lighting.

This is a strictly no smoking van.

A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your booking and full payment is required 4 weeks before your stay.

We are happy to accept full payment or installments for your holiday and confirmation of payment will be sent to you.

Deposits are non refundable if holiday is cancelled and full fee will be payable if stay is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to your stay.

Check in time is 12:00 and departure time is 10:00. 

Keys are collected from ourselves during a meet and greet and returned to us on departure inspection. As long as the caravan is left as found your deposit will be given back to you in cash.

Whether you are playing crazy golf at the beach, exploring the Lincolnshire area of outstanding natural beauty, or just wandering along the promenade with ice creams, savour that moment and make new memories! 

At Cleethorpes Pearl your only decision is what to enjoy first - the refurbished outdoor heated swimming pool, sports bar, outdoor play parks, tennis court or the green natural spaces that have seen the park receive the highest accolade in the David Bellamy conservation awards. 

In the evening get your glad rags on for dinner and a few drinks in buckets restaurant and sports bar and then enjoy a night out or with visiting acts with the entertainment offered by the park.
