Welcome to Maisie's Haven 213. Our charming 6-berth caravan is set within the peaceful and family-friendly Happy Days Seaside site in Trusthorpe, near Mablethorpe. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with high-quality amenities, this caravan offers a perfect retreat by the coast.
Located just a 2-minute walk from the award-winning beach and only 15 minutes walk from Mablethorpe Town Centre, you'll have the best of both worlds — a tranquil getaway with easy access to local attractions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please ensure that you read and fully understand the booking the Terms and Conditions.  If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate in contacting us so that we can explain in further detail to avoid any further misunderstanding. Bookings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Your contract with Sheila’s Holiday Lets will come into existence when payment is received, and a booking confirmation is issued showing the confirmed holiday dates. The contract binds you and all the members of your party, it is your responsibility that you ensure that all members of your party accept the booking Terms and Conditions, failure to disclose may result all relevant information or comply with the Terms and conditions may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking.
2. A refundable deposit of £75 security is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 4 weeks before your arrival date must be paid in full, plus the £75 refundable security deposit,
3. The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday or the terms outlaid by ourselves or our ammoniated agent, if the balance is not paid by the due date then your deposit will be forfeited.

1. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the holiday, the 50% of the balance will be refunded only.
2. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your check in date you will forfeit your entire booking,

We strong advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

1. Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except only in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – the maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed 4 people for Sheila’s Chalet or 6 people for Maisie’s Haven,  only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
3. PETS – Sheila’s Holiday Lets are Pet Friendly but we kindly ask that

• No more than 2 small dogs/2  medium dogs (only 1 medium dog in chalet) – No LARGE Dogs please
• Please do NOT allow your dogs to jump on the furniture.
• Pets are NOT allowed in the bedrooms
• Under no circumstances please do NOT leave your pets unattended in the accommodation at any time.

• The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reasons.
• Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of 18 years of age.
• We, or our representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance or for inspections purposes.
• Check in commences at 14:00 – 18:00 unless otherwise agreed and guests are required to vacate the rental by 10:00 am on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests after your departure.
• Smoking or Vaping – anywhere inside the premises will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to, and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking will be at the extra expense to you.
• Damage Deposit – In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you, any member of your party and/or pets and agree to indemnify us in full for any lost that we may incur as a result, A security deposit of £75.00 is required and will be returned within 7 working days of the end of your holiday, less the cost of damages/breakages if applicable.
• Damages and Breakages – please treat the facilities and accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there have been any damage/breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before check-out. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday, and you may be charged for any loss or damage.
• Please do not move any furniture from one room to another.
• Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property unoccupied,
• In the interest of safety and fire, please make sure you switch off all lights, heating, or any electrical appliances when you go out.
• We ask that you kindly leave the accommodation clean, and all your waste taken away.
• The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.

Seaside Caravan Park located in Trusthorpe, which is in-between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.

A small, friendly, family site with private access to miles of beautiful beaches. Facilities include an on-site launderette and a Children’s Arcade run by friendly Happy Days Seaside staff.
