Two Bedroomed Caravan situated on Parkdean's Skipsea Sands Resort.

Spacious  lounge area with free standing seating, Electric fire, 32inch television with DVD player and XBOX 360. 

Off the lounge area is a dining table and well equipped Kitchen which has the benefit of a washing machine.

Double ensuite Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom

Shower room with shower sink and toilet.

Caravan sleeps 6 including in the lounge area (sofa bed).

The caravan benefits from central heating and has a good sized gated Veranda / decking with seating and has a block paved parking area.

Bedding is provided (unless you would prefer to bring your own).
Well behaved non destructive and house trained dogs welcome the site is dog friendly.
Two dogs are permited and we don't charge for dogs, we do have a rule that we don't allow dogs on the beds (even our own). 

The caravan has free 4G WIFI, guest login details are in the caravan information folder.

Require a £50 deposit and a completed booking form to secure a booking, balance due 4 weeks before the start of the stay. £50 refundable security deposit required. Strickly no smoking. No charge for dogs and we havedog  bowls and dog towels . Bedding is provided but you will need your own towels.
