We have a lovely holiday caravan for hire on the Promenade Park, Ingoldmells near Skegness. This caravan is double glazed and has 3 bedrooms (one double and 2 twins - no bunk beds in this caravan) and comfortably sleeps 6 (no more than 4 of which can be adults). There is a shower room with toilet, fully equipped kitchen and lounge with large freeview TV. Outside there is a south facing full length gated veranda for relaxing in the sun. 
Maximum 6 persons - no more than 4 adults - families and over 25s only. Gas, electric and water are all included in the price.
No Smoking. Small non shedding dogs considered - please ask.

The caravan is across the road from FANTASY ISLAND rides and 7 days a week OUTDOOR MARKET. The site has direct access to the Beach and is 2 minutes from Clubs, Pubs, Amusements, Restaurants, Fish & Chip Shops, Retail Shops and everything you need to complete your holiday.

We supply duvets and pillows, but you will need to bring your own Duvet Covers, Sheets, Pillow Cases, Towels and Tea-towels etc. Travelling by train or don't want the hassle ? We can offer bed linen hire - please order at the time of booking.

MEAN THAT WE CANNOT ALLOW BOOKINGS FROM SINGLE SEX PARTIES (eg. Hen & Stag), 
PARTIES UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE OR MULTIPLE COUPLES.

Promenade Park site rules now forbid charging cars from the caravan electrical supply - anyone found doing this will be evicted immediately. Charging points can be found on Golden Sands and Sealands Parks

The caravan is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10am on your departure date.

The caravan has the following: shower, flush toilet, electric heater, refrigerator, cooker with grill, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, large freeview TV, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. Cooking utensils, crockery, pillows and duvets are provided but not linen, eg. you will have to bring your own sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, bath/beach towels and t-towels etc. **** We offer bedding to hire  - please order at the time of booking. ****

Gas and electricity are free of charge with fair usage. Excessive usage will be charged at the current site rate. Please do not have too many electrical things running at one time eg. tv, kettle, microwave and all the heaters - otherwise the electric will fuse and a call-out charge is incurred by the site electrician. There is an emergency number on the site office door for out of hours emergencies or telephone us. We cannot be held responsible for any power or water failures during your stay.

Please leave the caravan as you would like to find it and please be honest and report any breakages you have caused. Cleaning materials and vacuum cleaner are provided for your use. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR BOND. The caravan is checked within 7 days of your departure and if everything is in order your bond will be returned by bank transfer unless another method is agreed. Damage to any bedding hired will be deducted from your bond at £10 per item.

Please do not to cover the electric heaters with anything, eg. clothes, towels etc. as they are liable to catch fire.

All rubbish has to be placed in bags (provided) and deposited in the appropriate bins around the site.

Please respect other caravan dwellers. We are obliged to inform you that the site has a no tolerance policy on nuisance behaviour which means immediate eviction which is out of our control and therefore no refund will be paid.

Site rules do not allow the use of any type of barbeques outside due to the closeness of gas bottles and the risk of fire. BB Guns and ball games are also banned on site.

The caravan is to be vacated BEFORE 10am on the day of departure and the key placed back into the key safe upon departure. Loss of keys or gate fob will result in the loss of your bond as replacement locks will have to be fitted and another fob purchased. Please ensure that all the windows are shut, the doors locked securely and the fire/heaters are turned off when you go out.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before your start date and once paid refunds will only be considered in certain circumstances at our discretion and subject to a replacement booking being obtained. The deposit is non refundable. Late bookings of less than 6 weeks full payment is required to book.

If there are any people staying in the caravan that are NOT on the booking form you will be evicted with no refund. If you have visitors ask us before you let them stay! In any event max 6 persons (no more than 4 adults). Maximum of two cars per caravan, registration numbers to be supplied to us before arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: The owner and site representatives are relieved of any liability for personal injury, goods left, lost or stolen before, during and after the booking has been completed. We advise you to insure yourselves if not covered.

The Promenade Caravan Park is located in the popular resort of Ingoldmells and benefits from direct beach access. The popular Fantasy Island Theme Park is located nearby, which is a great day out for all the family.

There is a local bus service which can take you to the nearby seaside resorts of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards as well as Butlins.
