Dawlish Sands, Dawlish Warren, Devon (Ref.110054)

The caravan has a double bedroom with en-suite toilet and wash basin. A second bedroom contains two single beds. The seating area in the lounge also acts as a pull-out double bed. The bedrooms provide plenty of storage space with wardrobes and drawers.There is a separate shower room with wash basin and toilet. The kitchen area, which has a gas cooker, is fully kitted out with Fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Free Wi-Fi is included. A colour TV with inbuilt DVD player is situated in the lounge. Also provided are a number of DVD's, games and books, travel cot and high chair. Bedding is supplied, but you will need to bring your own towels. 

The caravan is situated on the Dawlish Sands site and is just a few minutes walk from the train station, beach, bus stop, supermarket, pubs, gift shops, and take-away's, plus amusements and fun fair with go-carts. If you don't want to use your car while on holiday, catch a train for the short journey to either Exeter, Exmouth, Newton Abbott, Torquay, Paignton or Plymouth. The caravan will be deep-cleaned and sanitized before every holiday. The site is dog friendly, with a maximum of two dogs per caravan allowed and these must not be left in the caravan without a person being with them at all times. 

The Warren has one of the safest beaches in the West Country and is the ideal place if you enjoy walking, with the Dawlish Countryside Park and Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve just a few minutes walk away. Situated near the South West Coastal Path and Exe Estuary Trail makes this the ideal place to stay for those who like to get out and about on foot or by bike.

The mile of sea wall between Dawlish Warren and Dawlish is ideal for fishing at high tide. Also a great spot for beachcasting.

Steam trains run on many weekends throughout the summer, so an ideal spot for the enthusiast to stay.

A £100.00 deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance to be paid at least 21 days before the holiday start date.

A maximum of 2 dogs are permited in the caravan, but they must not be left unsupervised at any time. A seperate £50.00 deposit will be required if dogs are are included. This will be returned within 14 days of the holiday end date if no damage is found.

3 night stays (Friday to Monday) and 4 night stays (Monday to Friday) can usually be accomodated. Please enquire.
